“Original delivery was the wrong colour, however, spotted it coming off the truck and sent it straight back. Correct item delivered within 48 hours. The quality of the bark is great, this was our second order of it, so no complaints there. Delivery driver also put the pallet up at the top of the drive - thank you.”

“Easy to place an order and prompt delivery . There are 2 reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars first is there was a blade in one of the bags which luckily my gardener discovered whilst raking the chippings and secondly the volume calculator was well out needed another bulk bag to fully cover play area which I have just placed an order for . I would recommend this product it does the job perfectly just order a bit extra and check for any sharp bits that might have been overlooked”

“I was really impressed that I could buy a bulk bag that was less than the 500kg offered by most places as the 300kg was perfect for my area. The price was very competitive and I had email updates about when to expect the delivery. The colour was bright and vibrant and consistent throughout the batch. My only criticism was that I found quite a few pieces that had sharp strands of wire sticking out. I know it’s chopped tyres and they have steel banding in sometimes but I had to pick out more than I’d like to before I was happy to put it under my daughters’ climbing frame. Would still recommend”

“Slight delay on the delivery due to colours availability. We agreed ro change clour and they promptly delivered the order. They did contact us and tell us about the delay and gave us a small discount due to this. So can't complain about that. The product seems good and the delivery driver was very helpful. I would still recommend using them quality product at a good price.”

“Very happy with what I have got, just little bit of a delay on delivery, was resolved quickly via whatapps conversation with small bit of compensation which is most welcomed, due to the inconvenience. Overall quality of product is good and coverage was enough as well and my daughters are very pleased 😀.”

“Nice product, excellent quality. Delivery was a little delayed, however communication was very good. The product is nice and bright and enhances our garden. I've given 4 stars only because the delivery was a couple of days later than expected. The product is fantastic !”

“Good product, delivery was a week late. The chap at Safety Play was very helpful and explained that they had a machine breakdown. I guess these things happen and are sometimes out of your control. It didn't arrive in time for my daughter's party, nevertheless she is still a very happy with her new play area.”

“Placed order 11th June - 4weeks later still no rubber chippings! Communication was poor to begin with due to a technical fault with the machine which a delay on the orders. I wish the company had informed me of this sooner as I didn’t mind waiting - just wanted to know where the order was! Once this was rectified, the company contacted me and arranged delivery! Delivery was prompt although beware this is only curb side delivery!!! Product is great really bouncy and perfect for play area! The uncoloured chipping were almost all black which we really like! Finally here now we are very happy!”

“Pricing is great and product is fantastic quality. Only gripe would be that communication of delivery was lacking and ended up being short notice, as in 10mins before the doorbell rang!”
