“Quality of goods was OK but took a long time getting them, and their telephone contact for Customer Services is bad as all you get is an answer phone.”

“The grey bark was as expected and looks lovely down however the amount of stones and pieces of sharp broken tiles wasn’t great. Had to put it down bucket by bucket so I could check through it all to make sure there was nothing sharp incase my daughter went on the bark without shoes. Overall it’s done the job.”

“Good product and good service, thank you. I has dropped a star because the phone was not answered anytime I rang, and the delivery did not come in the morning as requested, but was in the afternoon after my team had gone home. Otherwise, the childrens play area is much safer again, thank you.”

“Ordering was simple, I would say I over estimated, should have gone for alot less than what I ordered, it arrived very quickly but on 2 separate days, would have been preferable if it arrived on the same day, it's quite compressed so takes abit of shovelling out to get it out of the bags, easy to spread out, I would also advise you sift through it, found a few twigs and cable ties, all in all good value for money and has made my kids play area safe, 4/5 will see how it withstands northern weather.”

“Original delivery was the wrong colour, however, spotted it coming off the truck and sent it straight back. Correct item delivered within 48 hours. The quality of the bark is great, this was our second order of it, so no complaints there. Delivery driver also put the pallet up at the top of the drive - thank you.”

“Easy to place an order and prompt delivery . There are 2 reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars first is there was a blade in one of the bags which luckily my gardener discovered whilst raking the chippings and secondly the volume calculator was well out needed another bulk bag to fully cover play area which I have just placed an order for . I would recommend this product it does the job perfectly just order a bit extra and check for any sharp bits that might have been overlooked”

“I was really impressed that I could buy a bulk bag that was less than the 500kg offered by most places as the 300kg was perfect for my area. The price was very competitive and I had email updates about when to expect the delivery. The colour was bright and vibrant and consistent throughout the batch. My only criticism was that I found quite a few pieces that had sharp strands of wire sticking out. I know it’s chopped tyres and they have steel banding in sometimes but I had to pick out more than I’d like to before I was happy to put it under my daughters’ climbing frame. Would still recommend”
