3 star rating is because the product is exactly as described but lack of proactive communication from safety play and delivery times advertised not being met. We were originally quoted 2-3 working days on the website, but this changed to 7-10 working days. We had no update by working day 9 so reached out for an update. To their credit safety play responded to the WhatsApp chat message very promptly. They advised the product would be delivered early the following week (this would have been working day 11 or 12). No delivery or communication by Wednesday (working day 13). Chased them via email and again to their credit responded within their advertised 1 working day. Delivery finally arrived on Friday (working day 15). Long story short, proactive communication and delivery timescales are very poor. Reactive communication very good. The product is absolutely ideal and exactly as described and is great for our toddlers garden play area! Don’t expect your delivery on time, but when it finally arrives you won’t be disappointed.
