“Got these for a good price and they are as expected when arrived. My only issue was communication from the company on the delay of delivery. They took 5 weeks to arrive and no-one answers the chat option or answers the phone. They had an issue with one of the machines breaking and they were having to wait for the new part to be delivered. If they had just communicated this out it would have saved me weeks of worrying.”

“Absolutely disgraceful. First order was massively delayed to to a faulty machine that makes the product. the company finally delivered the product late and called me to apologise which went down well so I removed my review at their request. Placed another order which has been delivered but well short of what we have paid for. Tried calling their number constantly, no answer and the number eventually terminates the calls. Where do I go from here.”

“The product looks very good. 3 stars only because of poor communication by safety play, and almost 4 weeks for goods to arrive with no communication or updates. If I knew at time of order it would be as long with some communication from safety play without my instigating enquiries as to when I would receive order or advising delays I would have given 5 stars.”

“This product is outstanding and super useful for users that do outdoor activities. I liked how user-friendly the product is. “Nice product, excellent quality. Delivery was a little delayed, however communication was very good. The product is nice and bright and enhances our garden. I've given 4 stars only because the delivery was a couple of days later than expected. The product is fantastic !”

“The product is very good and colour is very vibrant. It really brightens up the garden. The delivery was a few days late but Steve explained they had a machine issue at the time and I was kept in the loop. Would recommend!”
