“I thoroughly recommend having the online gait analysis. There is homework to do which is fun and extremely beneficial. The assessment and advisory session was informative. It a quick and easy way to get the right running shoes without the dilemma of getting the incorrect shoes. Definitely worth the investment. Let's get back to running.”

“I was very satisfied with the service. I ordered Asics GT2000s and Brooks GTS to feel them both and returned a pair after deciding without any difficulty. The delivery was fast and simple and I used the online gait analysis which was most helpful, I had Nandanti call me to discuss my gait and recommend a pair of shoes. She was very informative and helpful. 5 star service all round”

“I'm a mountaineer as my normal main sport and gradually most of my mountain buddies have been gravitating to 'proper' hill running too, so during lockdown I've decided to replace my sporadic runs with structured training. My current trainers are 8 years old and it was time for an upgrade! Run and Become provided an excellent, detailed advice service, especially in the current circumstances and I settled in a pair of Brooks Cascadia which seemed a nice halfway house for the local trails I'm training on. Very happy with the service and my new trainers.”

“Incredibly efficient and helpful. Sometimes people with expertise can be intimidating, especially when you are older ( as I am ) and a newcomer to running ( as I was when I bought my first pair of running shoes from Run and Become), but you are simply encouraging and enthusiastic. “Under the restriction's for covid 19 I had to buy running shoes without trying them on. I wasn't sure about sizing for the Brooks trainers so rang up for advice, the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, her advice was spot on, when I received my trainers they fitted like a glove. Thankyou Run and Become.”

“Everything arrived very quickly, which took the edge off not being able to call in and say hi at the Edinburgh shop! I was excited to see they now stock SaySky. I regretted not buying something at the stand at the Copenhagen marathon expo last year as I haven’t seen it anywhere since, and it’s really nice kit!”
