“Rathika was so helpful with my order - checking my address and then ensuring that you had the stock for an exchange. It was lovely to deal with a person who was available on the phone, rather than a bot and automated system. My running shoes were sent out quickly and arrived on time. All good!”

“Order the trainers was told my credit card didn't go through so again I did it again next hour receive a email saying still have gone true so nexet day phone my bank they said it bing true as bing paid so phone the shop spoke to lovely told what happened she sorted out for a receive my second payment that was at last receive my trainers sorry put me off of order again”

“My order was delivered on time. Rathika was very helpful in getting my order sent. She contcted me both by phone and email to make sure my post code was correct because I forgot one of the numbers when filling out the online form. Really great customer service and will order from them again.”

“When I came for my click & collect parcel, the shop was very busy. It was chaotic and disorganised and it was hard to separate staff from customers. I couldn't see anyone wearing a uniform or similar thing to make them easily recognised.”

I'm extremely sorry that you had a bad expereince with us. Our staff try to greet everyone upon arrival and offer them help. When it is very busy which it often can be, some people may get missed but we try our best to make sure everyone is served.

“I come to your shop every year for my trainers! I won’t go anywhere else, as you are such a helpful group, and running outside is an absolutely fabulous. I also rate the 28 day trial as there’s nothing worse than doing your first few runs and finding out that they’re not right for you! I always look forwards to visiting your store and I’ve had many different types of trainers which have all been 100% right for me. This year my trainers where posted as I wanted a specific colour and they phoned me one on arrival to the shop, then delivery to my door the next day! I’m currently very happy with my new purchase of the Hylo Athletic trainers and have already started my marathon training for next year! Thankyou Run and Become”
