“I bought road and trail shoes after a telephone consultation. I sent photos and videos of my running shoes using whatsapp in advance shich was straightforward. Michelle was knowledgeable about the various brands and the differences between them, allowing me to make an informed choice and the shoes arrived by post. All very easy and the shoes are a great fit.”
