“Not sure, why unlike almost all other retailers, R&B cannot just offer an online voucher. Despite being supposedly sent via first class post and due to arrive on 16th September, due to Royal mail's incompetence it arrived 2 days late and missing the birthday it was due to arrive on. An online voucher would have been so much easier - why can't you offer this?”

Hi David, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with our service. We offer both digital vouchers and gift cards as some customers prefer a physical gift card rather than an online version. Although the two versions are in different places on our website both have links to the other option. We will review how we highlight these two options as we failed to make it clear to you when you purchased. We can also send an email with the voucher attached even if the one purchased was a gift card, so please let us know if that would be helpful in this instance.

“I ordered a pair of new balance trainers in error. I thought they were waterproof and realised that they weren’t after I ordered them. My fault entirely. I returned them and received a refund a couple of days later. Great service. Thank you”

“Shorts fitted really well, the side pockets proved extremely comfortable for phone and soft flask. The inner lining is a bit on the warmer side which will be great for autumn/winter but not as comfy for the warmer months”
