“The service at Run and Become is excellent. I managed to do all of my gait analysis by videos and over the phone and then had a long chat to discuss my needs. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt like my needs had really been considered before the phone conversation and all of my questions were answered. I will definitely be using Run and Become from now on. Thank you.”

“The support I received from Run and Become in ordering my new trainers was first class. Whether it was by e-mail or by phone they could not have been more helpful. I've already worn my new shoes on two good length walks, one up and down hill, and they've caused me no trouble whatsoever. Seriously good service during this lockdown period and before that in their Edinburgh shop (note there was a hiccup the first time I bought in store but it was fully acknowledged and rectified). I'll be buying from them again, for sure.”

“I am training for a marathon and needed a new pair of running shoes, but couldn't get my gait tested because of lockdown. I found Run and Become were doing online gait analysis and I was so impressed! I sent all the info over and Nandanti gave me a call and went over the analysis and gave me her shoe recommendations. It was free, and at no point at all did I feel pressured to purchase from the website which I really appreciated! This led me to buy two of her suggestions and I like them so much I'm keeping both (oops!) Thanks so much for all your help! :-)”

“Superb service, I needed to replace an old pair of Asics trainers, so gave them my old model number and they recommended the up dated version by return. I then ordered and my shiny new and extremely cool shoes arrived within 4 days! And all this during Lockdown. I have used Run and Become before and find them faultless.”

“I (Kevin Scott not Susan) needed a new pair or road shoes. My old Ravenna 9s (purchased at Run and Become) were pretty tired and I'd developed a plantar fasciitis issue! I used the online gait analysis - followed all the helpful guidance for production of videos and photos - and had a one-to-one phone session with Laura. Laura helpfully guided me away from the Ravennas, which apparently don't offer as much support now as my previous 8s and 9s, and pointed me at the Brooks GTS 20s. I had my first plantar fasciitis rehab run in them yesterday. Big thumbs up. Many thanks Laura and Run and Become.”

“Excellent personalised service, especially considering the corona situation. Petra did an online running gait analysis with me, which was thorough and thoughtful. Her knowledge was obvious. I ended up with a great pair of HOKA running shoes, some socks and a Shockabsorber Run bra. They were easy to get hold of- despite being very busy- and always had time to answer my queries. Thoroughly recommend them. Can’t wait for my local store in Cardiff to re-open do I can go and buy more ‘stuff’!!!!!!”
