“I felt like there wasn’t enough information prior to the race. The track was different than showing on the map which was confusing. I would also expect the roads closed considering the number of participants, I felt like there was not enough space on pavements at certain Areas and people were force to run on open road which is not ideal! I also didn’t know if there will be a water station at any point during the race or before. I did enjoy the race, it was my first time running a did my PB. Not sure if I will be attending anymore due to the reasons mentioned.”

“Very disappointed to find out after I purchased a voucher that your store in Cardiff had closed. The closest one is now London. No good as when we ever buy trainers, we like to try them on.”

“Priced the shoes at a reasonable price but the delivery took over a week. When spending £100+ I don’t expect any product to take longer than 3 days to arrive. You only posted my shoes after a week had gone by and I started enquiring. Clearly caught out sent them express delivery. Better delivery next time please”

“was good that they had the shoe in stock as it was the only place they did however the condition wasnt ideal as the tick has almost completely peeled off which doesnt ruin the shoe but isnt ideal”

“This was recommended to us as help for Knee pain, it didn't work but then it's the joint that's the problem and I guess no creams will help. However, in other applications, it did help as a muscle relaxant which I guess is what it's designed for.”

“I received my order quickly, however the box it arrived it was damaged. This isn’t ideal as not only were the socks expensive, they were also a gift. It looked as if they were damaged from being on the shop floor or warehouse.”

“I had previously asked for advice about an alternative women’s shoe to the Brooks adrenaline extra wide fit which is no longer available. The person I spoke to said they would send an email with details of a few alternatives but months later I still haven’t heard anything from Run & Become. I ordered the only other Brooks extra wide fit which was a poor fit &seemed an inferior shoe. I feel disappointed not to get the advice I was hoping for.”

“I love the shop, but found the experience ordering on the website to be frustrating and cumbersome. The site continuously wants me to log in...if I don't have log in details and try to register as a new user, it takes me back to the login page...I got stuck in a loop I couldn't escape from. I was able to circumvent this by ordering as a guest. As I said, I really like the shop...the people have always been helpful and friendly. But I was disappointed in the user experience ordering online.”

“Unfortunately (as a loyal customer of many, many years) I missed out on 15% due to Covid implications. Shoes were advertised elsewhere much cheaper but my relationship with R&B over the years has been good. 15% discount coupon was still being advertised online on some sites. Apart from that, usual excellent service, pretty quick delivery (considering Covid), and decent shoes.”
