“The shoes are great. Quick delivery and may order another pair .A bit far to visit your shop. I would recommend that your message on the phone could be clearer . I am not keen to shop online if I can avoid it. I would rather talk to a person . The options on your message became fainter in that respect.”

“I always want to support an independent running shop where possible, even though it’s more expensive. Last time I was there, there was a bit of a misunderstanding as I was told I couldn’t return a pair of shoes I’d bought (even though another member of staff said I could a few days previously). Turns out you can return online orders (I’d ordered online to pick up in store) but not in-person purchases, so in the end I was allowed to return them. However, I have to say the experience has put me off a little as I was a bit stumped as to what I could have spent a credit note on given they don’t have the widest range of brands / shoes. Some staff members are absolutely lovely whereas some seem pretty disengaged / bored so I think your experience in the shop can depend on the day.”

“First online purchase thus far, the item/order was delivered to the Victoria London store within 48 hours, so I collected it the following day and tested the shoes in-store, but decided the shoes were a bit spongy on my left foot, perhaps it was a manufacturing defect with these ON Cloudrunner 2 shoes, therefore I returned this item instore and received a refund immediately to my Paypal without quibble. The only disappointing thing was the cashier/sales assistant at the London Victoria store failed to recognise that another customer had pushed in-front of me in the queue and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to be seen as both cashiers were having fairly long conversations with each customer, henceforth I have subtracted one star in this respect.”
