“Completed the online gait analysis, where heaps of time was spent to explain the types of shoes I should be looking for. I cannot recommend this service enough! From there I was able to get a couple of options and due to the helpfulness of the team at run and become I bought my new balance shoes from them the same day, I received them to the north of Scotland the next day!!! I have covered over 150k in my new trainers now and they are a great fit for me and my running Thanks everyone !”

“I booked a telephone gait analysis and spoke to Laura who was really helpful. She looked at the vids and pics I sent in and recommended a couple of pairs of shoes based on how I was running - currently breaking them in but have high hopes! The customer service was amazing from start to finish - having shopped at other running stores the customer service is why I'll be shopping with run and become again.”

“For a while now I have been seeking wide / extra-wide fitting trainers, but which also incorporate a good 'toe box' to fully support all the foot. Found Run and Become to be one of few suppliers to have quality trainers in wide / extra-wide fitting and bought a pair from the Brooks Ghost range. Great fit, I am very happy with my choice and the service from Run and Become.”

“Easy and clear instructions for the gait video was followed up by great analysis and discussion over the right trainers for me. I ordered both trainers suggested (New Balance 860 and Brookes Adrenaline) to test them out. I sent the Brookes back and received a prompt refund. Great service I highly recommend Run and Become.”
