“I had previously asked for advice about an alternative women’s shoe to the Brooks adrenaline extra wide fit which is no longer available. The person I spoke to said they would send an email with details of a few alternatives but months later I still haven’t heard anything from Run & Become. I ordered the only other Brooks extra wide fit which was a poor fit &seemed an inferior shoe. I feel disappointed not to get the advice I was hoping for.”

“Orderes 2 pairs of thebsame shoe as I can be a 10 or a 10.5. Free delivery and returns enabled this for me! 5/5 right there!!! Had a small issue and had to contact customer service and they were superb! Very quick to reply and really, really helpful! What a breath of fresh air this company is. I will definitely biy from them again. And I suggest you do too! A special thank you to Marina for all the help in answering my questions! Customer service as it should be!”
