“Fantastic service during Lockdown - the process of online gait analysis where I sent short videos and photos, following by really patient expert guidance on the phone to assess my needs resulted a great new pair of running shoes which are spot on. Thank you! I would recommend your service to any runner.”

“Easy to navigate website and order trainers. However on both occasions when I pressed 'Pay' the 'timer' ran out so no order placed which was very frustrating. What was then good was Run and Become contacting me the next day asking if I had a problem placing the order and holding it for me. I was then able to complete the purchase and the trainers arrived very quickly via DHL. was there a problem with the website???”

“My order was despatched quickly and I liked the tracking of the parcel. I have bought the same trainers from the shop before the current virus has closed everything down so I knew they were suitable for me. Very happy to use the online shop in the present climate but I'm looking forward to returning to the actual branch at some point.”
