“The vest was returned because of the size was too small and you were unable to order a large size instead of my medium as you don’t stock large so I had a refund.”

“As always a fantastically efficient service produced even in these pandemic times and with a lovely smile. This was especially welcomed since you had to order my shoes from your depot in London and they arrived 2 days earlier than I was expecting - so very well done. Brian the runner!”

“As a new runner I visited the Edinburgh Shop last November for advice on shoes. The staff there were so helpful, they brought out endless pairs for me to try and I am so pleased with my new pair.(My feet are quite tricky to fit as well) I will go to Run and Become for new shoes from now on.”

“Tried to place an order online to get the recent 20%off but was not getting anywhere. Called up the London store and ordering couldn’t be more easier as spoke to a person in store straight way. Order placed with 20% off non sale items, received all the items. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

“I spoke to somebody in the shop who helped me immensely. I found the trainers cheaper but still bought from you as the advice was fabulous. I always seek advise from your staff they are great! Please never close your shop, online would not be the same. Thanks”
