“Superb quick and efficient service”

“I’m reluctant to buy on-line. I always like to try things on before l purchase. Often l go to a shop with a particular piece of kit in mind but come away with something else because it fits and looks better. Due to the current lockdown l had no choice but to buy on line. Your website is as good as any but l liked the online follow up and the unexpected email comments of the owner after l had purchased what l wanted. I felt reassured that l was being looked after. The kit l purchased was good too.”

“Was worried about ordering on-line and not trying on in shop because I have had problems with my feet/running injuries. In the end I had to due to Covid. I could not have been happier with the phone consultation or the trainers when they arrived. They are perfect for me. Nothing was too much for the Run and Become star on the other end of the phone. She managed to answer all my questions and more. I ordered Brooks trail shoes a size up and they are SO comfortable. This is my third pair of trainers from this amazing shop. Thanks so much guys! I wouldn't shop anywhere else.”

“I am only a short distance 5k runner but was experiencing both ankle and knee pain when I arranged a phone consultation with Petra. I didn't think it would be possible to assess my gait and technique during the lockdown but after providing a series of photos and videos, Petra analysed and recommended suitable trainers. I am now able to run without pain and with happy feet that are supported. Thank you Petra - for making this all possible at distance - your knowledge and expertise made me feel very confident in Run and Become. X”

“Always an excellent service. They take so much trouble to get the right fit. Fortunately, because they keep a record of my size I was able to buy the correct fit from them on line. Had bought similar trainers more cheaply elsewhere on line but couldn't get the correct width, Consequently, several expensive trips to the chiropodist.”

“Was able to select the shoes I required on-line and phone through my order which arrives within 2 days just as my old pair of trainers was about to fall apart. I was able to order the same shoes I had bought last time but with improvements by INOV8, plus 3 new pairs of socks.”
