“Excellent customer service. They contacted me swiftly on the same day a couple of hours later on the Saturday to say they were dispatching my order and applying my 10% discount electronically. I could not work out how to do that before when doing the order but added that point in a customer message. Trainers were dispatched by local shop and came through post by Royal Mail in about two working days. Perfect order in terms of model, size and colour of trainers. Very Happy. Kind hand written note it the box hoping my running is going well as could not go to shop as usual.”

“Great service in lockdown. I left a fairly new pair of New Balance shoes at work and wanted a replacement pair. I didn’t know the model or size. I had great and fast support online. The team were able to tell me what I had and the latest equivalent shoes. They arrived promptly and are great. Many thanks, keep up the good work and stay safe.”

“I'm very happy with the new trainers I bought online, however I look forward to being able to come into the store again in future. I'm not as confident in the trainers I bought online, not having had a proper gait assessment whilst wearing them. The gait assessment service at Run and Become is excellent and I have been buying the trainers they recommend for years. They have got me through a number of half and full marathons injury free!”

“Excellent service provided through online gait analysis which led to me being given a choice of running shoes. Without this it would have been a pot luck picking of a pair that may not have been suitable for me. Invaluable feature during these challenging times when I couldn't visit one of your stores. “I would not normally dream of buying shoes online without trying them. So I checked that they could be returned for free and the arrangements. I had bought shoes from the physical store very recently for road running but needed some trail shoes. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and the delivery was very quick. Very happy and they fit perfectly ran 13 miles in them yesterday 😀”
