“Excellent online customer service from my local Cardiff Branch, and online gait analysis from London. I was able to buy trainers to try out at home, and return the ones that weren't suitable, with an immediate refund. I was also given links to online support for training and yoga for a knee injury.”

“Petra called for my gait analysis and spent around 40 minutes speaking with me and talking through my options. She was just amazing! She had great attention to detail and I felt like she really cared about delivering me the best advice she could. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had such a good customer experience in my life. The shoes I ordered are great and because of Petra, I feel confident I made the right choice. Please ensure she knows that she was very helpful and I’m super grateful.”
