“Despite a raging pandemic and snowstorm Run and Become got my running shoes to me at lightening speed. The shoes weren’t quite the right fit (simply the downside of pandemic online shoe shopping) and the returns process was free and utterly painless. I can honestly say I was genuinely impressed with the whole transaction 10/10!”

“When I purchased my trail running shoes from R&B I never anticipated returning them for early failure of the upper fabric. The manner in which R&B dealt with my enquiry was very satisfying from a customer perspective. I have now received an exchange which have proved too small and unfortunately I have needed to return them, again no drama just good service, I look forward finalising my issue with confidence.”
