“Petra called for my gait analysis and spent around 40 minutes speaking with me and talking through my options. She was just amazing! She had great attention to detail and I felt like she really cared about delivering me the best advice she could. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had such a good customer experience in my life. The shoes I ordered are great and because of Petra, I feel confident I made the right choice. Please ensure she knows that she was very helpful and I’m super grateful.”

“Online gait analysis was a great service in challenging circumstances. Everything went exactly as advertised and the shoes are exactly what I need. Only advice I would give is listen to the advisor about sizing - I thought I couldn’t possibly be the (giant) shoe size they recommended but turns out they were completely correct in the size recommended.”

“Good fun doing the home video for remote gait analysis. Good service throughout. Got recommended 2 different types of trainers, ordered both to be able to try, 1 was perfect, the other returned easily and reimbursed. Very happy. New trainers are great and comfy. Thank you very much!”

“Ordered from this company after happening upon an article they wrote while searching on Google best trainers for wide feet/bunions. Placed an order for a pair they recommended and got trainers a couple of days later. Trainers were a perfect fit.”
