“Delivered promptly. Unfortunately the shoes weren't a great fit, but not a problem thanks to the free returns...something that some other popular online running shoe outlets don't offer. Refunded two days after posting. Would gladly buy again from them.”

“Amazing service! Having to send the videos to do the hair analysis seemed like it'll take forever, but all was done in less than 3-4 minutes. The trainers I was sent are absolutely perfect for me. Excellent service and I will definitely use it again when I'm due new trainers. Thank you.”

“This is my third pair from Run and Become and I am delighted. Although the transaction was done remotely the Service I received was Five Star. The product was perfect and I shall most certainly return. A Big Thank You to Goska and Ann who were very patient and very knowledgable. BTW I am not a runner but I do like to walk a lot and the shoes are very good for that.”
