“We have been a customer of Ruislip Appliances Ltd for well over 50 years - purchasing washing machines, refridgerators and dishwashers. Staff have always been very helpful and polite, delivery of goods has been on stated day and time - really can't fault Ruislip Appliances Ltd and would have no hesitation in purchasing goods from them in the future.”

“Overall very good experience from purchasing product to delivery. Great that the prices are matched or bettered than the likes of John Lewis. Very pleasant to deal with, delivery made on time with friendly delivery guys , will definitely be using Ruislip Appliances again .”

“I recently purchased an integrated NEFF combi microwave from Ruislip Appliances. It's the 6th appliance I have purchased from them over the last 8 years or so. The prices are always comparable to other suppliers or better. The purchase process is very good allowing you view the oriduct on a big screen, to take your time and discuss issues and options, then go home and check things they have suggested, get wiring sorted / checked etc before having to make the order. The order is quick (if not in stock) and fitting arranged promptly at a time that suits. You may pay more than eg Currys for fitting but it is a proper fitting where eg kitchen furniture etc can be taken apart and reassembled (or even altered). Its well worth the extra to get it fitted properly and to a high standard.”

“I don't usually write reviews but felt impelled to do so after receiving such a great service from Ruislip Appliances. Had been let down on a delivery of a freezer three times by another company so decided to look for somewhere more local. On calling the shop the phone was answered by Matthew who was really helpful and polite and gave me all the information I needed. The freezer was delivered - on time - (to my elderly mother). Again the delivery drivers were really polite and helpful. A shining example of a local company providing an excellent service. Will definitely recommend to others.”

“I ordered 2 products from the company. Happy with one but the other was the wrong item and they could not supply the original advertised one as it was mistakenly sold to another customer. Poor stock management. Also both products were graded but delivered without being properly repackaged, courier driver commented on this saying it was not the usual standard as others would do. flimsy bubble wrap that did not cover and only partially protected.”
