“Ordered a gas hob. Easy to order. Did have a bit of a mix up with the delivery. But I was able to easily contact company and rearrange delivery. Packing arrived and pleased with contents.”

“As usual very good service. As I am now old and a little slow to take instructions I would have liked a little more help with starting up the microwave. However I do understand the delivery drivers can't understand every product.”

“A good local reliable appliance supplier with knowledgeable owner/staff. A little disappointed however that the firm charged additional £50 for supplying to a property higher than 1st floor.”

“I bought an appliance from Ricely appliances. They were very helpful when I was asking questions about the dishwasher that I might buy. The guys that came to fit the dishwasher were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did a very good job tidied up after themselves and we’re very professional.”

Unfortunately, we rely on a third-party courier to deliver out of the area as we are a small independent business. Therefore, we are unable to satisfy them with our in-house staff. We appreciate your feedback and are constantly trying to improve this service; however, in the meantime, it allows out-of-area customers to benefit from our competitive products. Bare with us - it is constantly under review, and we are grateful for your business and feedback.

“All good. We bought a fridges recently. Just walked into shop, had look around could not see what I wanted but helpful service sorted out what I wanted to order. All came on time. What more can I ask for.”

“Very good service from local shop. Phoned one day delivered next. One complaint, am elderly and floor was messy after installation which was not easy for me to clear up”

“I phoned through to find out if you had the kettle in stock resulting in an immediate order. The credit card processed, and I subsequently collected it several hours later - good result! Staff were friendly and courteous and had a sense of humour. I shall certainly give you first call for electrical items in the future!”
