“I purchased a graded washing machine a couple of weeks ago. The washing machine was classed as "Grade 1" meaning no visible damage whatsoever. True to their word the machine was absolutely unmarked and appeared brand new in all aspects and works perfectly. £350 saved compared to the best price I could find for the same machine new. Friendly service and helpful in loading it into my van. The only downside was I couldn't view the machine in person without buying it online first. I'm going to need a new dryer soon. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.”

“Why buy blind on line when you can go and see the items and talk to real people, and pay the same? I’ve had a Neff Oven and Bosch fridge freezer in recent times. 100% recommend this long established business.”

“Bought a Bosch hob from Ruislip Appliances, walked in, a sensible conversation to confirm size, suitability. Purchase was smooth, they were going to fit it that day if they could, as it turned out the next day. Fitters were pleasant, professional and adjusted the worktop to fit. Done very quickly and neatly. Hob works very well, dials could be more clear visually but a very minor gripe. Oh, and a competitive price. Thank you Ruislip Appliances”

“I bought an appliance from Ricely appliances. They were very helpful when I was asking questions about the dishwasher that I might buy. The guys that came to fit the dishwasher were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did a very good job tidied up after themselves and we’re very professional.”

“Great delivery but unfortunately the £100 installation was not good. Firstly, within a couple of days the dishwasher dropped a 1/4 inch so that the door was out of alignment. I then found that there were no legs fixed to the back of the appliance which had been held up by two pieces of timber that pinched the supply feed to the fridge freezer. They trimmed the plinth which was unnecessary and so now there is an obtrusive gap between the dishwaser and appliance. All things considered, not a good job.”
