“We are so impressed with Ruislip Appliances, I spoke to them on the phone ordered the following day and I think our large American style fridge freezer was delivered within a couple of days. Even the delivery guys were great, efficient, friendly and in and out my house within 10mins. All in all a great experience and we’d use them again.”

“I have bought all my kitchen appliances from Ruislip Appliances for many years. The staff are very knowledgeable and I value their input when choosing a new appliance. I have recently purchased a new dishwasher and as usual, the service offered was exemplary. The salesperson I dealt with was very helpful and the delivery and fitting team were excellent too.”

“Customer service was fantastic. Challenging appliance repair which eventually led to the purchase and installation of a new model. At all times I felt I was getting best advice, and absolutely no hard sell. Would recommend.”

“Firstly I took the day off prepaid my service and was told 30 mins before the end of the day they weren’t coming 😩I then had to arrange for someone to be there the next day which was my daughter and two men turned up which was a bit intimidating for a young woman alone waiting for them”

“We recently purchased a new Blomberg freezer from Ruislip Appliances. It was very easy to place the order over the phone with a very polite staff member and as the item was in stock it was delivered three days later. Our old, faulty upright freezer was removed at the same time. Altogether, an excellent service.”

“Excellent service - good price - would have liked an AM or PM advisory but for the price and quality of service it remains a 5 - a lot of companies are still hanging their hat on COVID to give poor service - these guys don't !”

We do offer local AM and PM delivery slots but unfortunately down to distance the third party delivery company we use are not currently able to offer this. Apologies, we wish we had the man power to cover this ourselves but are extremely grateful for your business and hope to be able to help again in the future.

“Ordered a Beko fridge/ freezer at 18.00 hours on Thursday the 8th and had it delivered on Friday the 9th this was for a 90 year old lady neighbour whose fridge/ freezer had packed up so she was very happy and less stressed for the quick turnaround very impressed with the service. I have had other products from this supplier so knew they would be reliable.”

“Excellent customer service in the shop. It was good to be able to see appliances rather than only able to shop on line. Appliance was fitted on same day as it was purchased. Fitters we’re polite & speedy. The oven works really well We are very pleased & would use & recommend Ruislip Appliance in the future”
