“Ruislip Appliances gave excellent advice regarding the replacement of our old cooker hood. We purchased a brand new (graded) Bosch unit and were able to collect it within 48 hours of placing the order in person. We are very happy with our purchase and it certainly lives up to the description given by Ruislip Appliances, as it is far more energy efficient and economical to run, as well as far outstripping the older unit in terms of efficient removal of cooking smells, steam, and grease particles.”

“I bought a new 198L Fridgemaster chest freezer. It was delivered to my home the day after ordering. It all went very smoothly. I am happy with my choice. I have bought from Ruislip Appliances before and always had a good experience.”

“Over the course of an extended building project, we have ordered several appliances from Ruislip Appliances. They have been very helpful and informative when I have spoken to them, with deliveries on time and as expected. The graded options have offered exceptional value, and when we might need to purchase any further appliances (fingers crossed not for a very long time!), Ruislip Appliances will be our first port of call.”

“We have used Ruislip Appliances for numerous white goods purchases, the most recent was a Zanussi double oven. Service is always excellent, delivery was on time and convenient and, in this case, the installation was efficiently done by an excellent team. Would highly recommend them.”

“My old fridge picked the hottest day of the year so far to pack up. I phoned Ruislip Appliances at 2pm and spoke to Nick about a replacement. He confirmed he had the Zenith model I wanted in stock. I placed the order and was told my fridge would be delivered (free of charge) the next day. Sure enough, the delivery was received before 11am the next day and the old fridge was taken away. Result - one very happy customer. Nick and the delivery men were all polite and friendly. I'd happily recommend this store.”

“Excellent from start to finish I saw the Brora pure recirculating hob online and as it was a very expensive purchase called the store for help with a few questions I had. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and offered helpful tips for the installation. I bought over the phone and as promised the hob was delivered the following Tuesday by a lovely driver who again couldn’t have been nicer. I haven’t used the appliance yet as my new kitchen is still being installed but it looks fantastic.The service was excellent and I certainly would use again and highly recommend.”

“Excellent service. Staff were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Everything went so smoothly. Ordered a new washing machine on a Saturday afternoon. Monday was a bank holiday & they delivered & fitted the appliance on Tuesday morning. Very professional. Highly recommend.”
