Not happy with first fitting. Had a 2nd visit. But still Can’t open door. No communication from Ruislip Appliances. Thought Liebhurr was a top brand. Would not recommend as yet.

I wanted to promote local businesses and thought of giving this business to Ruislip appliances. But I regreted the decision during the process. The Australian accent sales person was so unhelpful and uncooperative during the process . Make sure you have good customers focused staff in the store there are plenty of Uk staff who are more willing to work look after your customers better!!

We don't employ any Australian staff - but more importantly our guys are usually extremely helpful and polite, it is something we pride ourselves on! I can only apologies for your experience - and assure you that this is not the norm!

The one star is for the guy that installed my appliance, to which I would have given 0 star if there was an option. He was rude and obnoxious and everything was too much trouble for him. Obviously he is not happy in his job. Perhaps he should look for another job where he has no contact with the public.

We are very sorry to have disappointed you on this occasion Mrs Moorwood. As you can see from our vast number of 5 Star reviews, where our delivery team are often mentioned for their polite and helpful manner, I can only apologise and assure you this this is not the norm for our business. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to put things right in the future.

Firstly I took the day off prepaid my service and was told 30 mins before the end of the day they weren’t coming 😩I then had to arrange for someone to be there the next day which was my daughter and two men turned up which was a bit intimidating for a young woman alone waiting for them

I am so sorry for the misunderstanding regarding delivery. Our staff are in no way intimidating, and cannot apologise for simply "being men!"

I was terribly upset at the way I was treated. So my £2000 on appliances purchase went elsewhere.

The staff could not have been more helpful pre purchase, patiently answering detailed questions. It all went wrong when the Palletline driver failed to deliver the microwave as well as the fridge. My husband didnt realise the were coming together Because the driver signed the receipt with false intials we were unable to get a refund. They could have done more to help.

1. We were not quoted to take the freezer away but £15 more was taken from my account 2. We were told that the new freezer would arrive in 4-5 days. It took 3 weeks- we were not informed of the delay and had to chase 3. We were told that as soon as it came in we would get a phone call-again , this did not happen -we had to chase 4. On deliver day-I rang to get an estimated time-they were please to tell me that they cold not estimate a time, nor could they call 30 mins in advance. Whatever has happened to customer service? 5. The freezer arrived with a dent-we were so fed up by then that we accepted it. 6. We were moving frozen foods from the old freezer to the new one-they did not let us know in advance that the new freezer could not be switched on for 6 hours after delivery. 7. My wife had an unpleasant experience phoning them-the conversation was a pretty rude and unhelpful exchange All in all-not a good experience-we wanted to support a local firm and hoped to build up a good relationship for future purchases.....
