“The guys at Ruislip offer the best of both worlds an online presence with smooth order and delivery process and super competitive prices together with the old school approach of engaging with you with a phone number (to which they answer, from the shop, in proper English, knowing very well what they are talking about) and an email address (to which they reply in the same fashion) If there's a way to beat Amazon, this is it!”

“Excellent customer service. I ordred the "ASKO W1094W.UK" through the website, and although they didn't have it currently in stock, Tristan made every effort to get the machine to me as quickly as possible. My emails were always answered promptly. Would highly recommend and will use again.”

“On the advice of our repair engineer we’re, we checked out Ruislip Appliances for a new washing machine. They were competitive on price and provided excellent service, delivering our new machine two days later, installing it for us and removing the old machine. Can’t say fairer than that!”

“Bought 2 graded appliances with literally no damage on them but massively discounted. Very happy with the delivery and the products. Will buy from them again. Photos are really good showing what’s the damage.”

“A great company to deal with. They contacted me approximately 30 minutes beforehand to let me know that they were on there way. When they arrived thay unpacked the chest freezer for me, which saved me a job and carried it through to the kitchen for me.”

“The shop was well stocked with appliances. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After ordering our fridge we were keep informed about the delivery date. We had booked for the fridge to be fitted. This was done quickly and efficiently, despite the old fridge being thirty years old, and the installer saying he had never seen fixing like it before! We were very happy with service we received from Ruislip Appliances.”
