“The guys at Ruislip offer the best of both worlds an online presence with smooth order and delivery process and super competitive prices together with the old school approach of engaging with you with a phone number (to which they answer, from the shop, in proper English, knowing very well what they are talking about) and an email address (to which they reply in the same fashion) If there's a way to beat Amazon, this is it!”

“Brilliant personal service from an independent shop - I needed a new washing machine pronto - their price was the same as other options, including online. I placed my order on 18th February - and received delivery the following day during the arranged time scale. Delivery men were friendly, polite and efficient. They tested the machine and less than 24 hours after ordering I was using the machine.”

“I contacted Ruislip Appliances and had a replacement dishwasher 24 hrs later. They contacted me when they were on their way within the time slot. The new machine was installed and the old one taken away very expediantly. Well done Ruislip Appliances.”

“I was very pleased with the service I had in your shop, slightly less so on the installation day. Is it possible for your installers to have some sort of shoe covers to protect customers' carpets, please?The installation was done OK but they did leave me to clear the floor afterwards!”

Or drivers are carrying large appliances from outside and are told not to remove their protective boots or set the appliance down once inside the property (to put on shoe covers) for safety reasons and to prevent damage to the appliance or property. However, they are always willing to put protective covering in place before entering the property if required. Apologies if you were not offered this on this occasion. “Dishwasher packed up in the morning. Went to Ruislip appliances and they had an integrated one in stock. Good price"When can you fit?" "Tomorrow but if we get time this afternoon ok?" Yes we got the call they came 3 hours after we left the shop. All done by 2 guys with smiles. We were very lucky to get exceptional service. Thank you.”
