“The guys at Ruislip offer the best of both worlds an online presence with smooth order and delivery process and super competitive prices together with the old school approach of engaging with you with a phone number (to which they answer, from the shop, in proper English, knowing very well what they are talking about) and an email address (to which they reply in the same fashion) If there's a way to beat Amazon, this is it!”

“Great experience with Ruislip appliances. They were really friendly in the store and helped me pick a fridge/freezer that would fit correctly into the built in kitchen. My fridge/freezer stopped working due to summer heat and they were able to deliver and install the very next day. The engineers were swift and completed the job in less than an hour and took away the old fridge. Great customer service and fantastic experience. I will be buying my future kitchen goods from them!!!”

“Our gas hob needed replacing and it was a five burner hob. We checked online and local stores and nothing matched what we wanted. We went to their Ruislip store just to see what they have and the sales person showed us the ranges and we found waht we needed. They also gave a £50.00 discount. We managed to replace it on the same day. Great servie and quality products. We will go back there if there is a need to replace our house hold appliences.”

“You guys are awesome! I’ve had my washing machine, dishwasher and fridge from here and it’s always been delivered fast and fitted well. Everything went smoothly and you guys were so good with getting everything up flights of stairs - thank you!”

“Ordered 2 Vybra Fans after the first heatwave, priced slightly cheaper than on Amazon even with delivery. Being slightly outside normal delivery was contacted to explain would be about a week to deliver, and if that was an issue could be refunded (was nice to be asked). Wasn't a issue and fans were delivered on specified date, arrived in perfect condition, all working perfectly and were a godsend for the last heatwave. All in all great value and top customer service.”

“Not overall impressed with the way they spoke to me , after asking for an under counter fridge / freezer and told me it did not exist, yet advertised with that exact wording in their website. Call handler was extremely rude and disengaging however I brought the product from this company because it was the correct size for what I needed. I wouldn’t recommend using them customer service is zero.”
