Product is very good, disappointed with the service of the young sales person. He presumed that who I was with was my husband and in fact he was my brother and marked the receipt as such.showed me a microwave that was similar but it was me who pointed out three things that were not going to be the same which he then agreed (as I had bought this version of the microwave from you 12 years previously.) He said twice to us as long as you have done your due diligence on the microwave everything would be all right but with out any information from him ,what were we supposed to understand from this.? When giving me my receipt there was no thank you for my custom. He is not personable and I would not like to be served by him again and he would put a lot of people off of shopping with you. your delivery service was excellent.

As you can see from over a thousand 5-star reviews this is not the norm, and I can only apologise that this wasn't the case in your experience. We are extremely proud of our staff, their product knowledge and usually extremely high level of customer service. Thank you also for your kind comments regarding the delivery and installation team, and all feedback has been passed on to our staff.

I ordered 2 products from the company. Happy with one but the other was the wrong item and they could not supply the original advertised one as it was mistakenly sold to another customer. Poor stock management. Also both products were graded but delivered without being properly repackaged, courier driver commented on this saying it was not the usual standard as others would do. flimsy bubble wrap that did not cover and only partially protected.

Although I am happy with the appliance and the speed of delivery, unfortunately despite several assurances from Vinny that he was coming back to fit my kitchen door (as it is an integrated appliance) it's still not done. Vinny was very pleasant and competent but after nearly a month my door has not returned. He was supposed to come last Saturday, but am still waiting .

Great fridge freezer. Purchase was straight forward and staff ok but no assistance or suggestions offered as to how to actually get the fridge freezer into the house (up steps). I asked a friend if he knew anyone who could help, as he had been in the refrigeration business, and he spoke to someone at Ruislip Appliances who gave him the contact details of Vinny - who was brilliant. Why couldn't Ruislip Appliances just give me his name in the first place rather than me trying to find bodies to help?

Great place to find a bargain. Two chaps who delivered to me had a stinking attitude, didn’t even say hello. Just “where do you want it” then told me I ordered the wrong item when the clearly delivered the wrong one. Lied and told me the one I wanted was sold but still listed on the website.

I am a landlord and needed a washing machine for one of my tenants. I found the service quite inflexible since the delivery would not be allowed to any other than the address of the cardholder. Of course this is unsuitable since I did not need the washing machine at my address but at my tenants house. This caused me no end of problems. Even ordering a washing machine from John Lewis the delivery address can be stated differently to the card holder address as with other suppliers. I thought this was unstatisfactory and indeed Ruislip appliances were willing to lose my business over this !

The service we recieved at the Denham branch was very good. The sales assistant was very helpful and was able to give us information on the different ovens we were looking at. We ask for the oven to be delivered to the shop so that we could collect at our own convienenace. However when I got a message to say our order was in the shop. Great, Can you imagine the frustration when i manage to get the time off work to collect the oven only to discover it was Ruislip? Please in the future could your staff take note of which branch of the shop the order was placed and that the person informing the customer say which branch of the shop the order is at. thank you
