“Excellent service, regarding my enquiry and order for a replacement dishwasher I was dealt with very courteously,promptly and in a very professional manner, I was given a next day delivery which arrived at the time given, the installation of the new dishwasher and removal of the old one was carried out in a most efficient manner by very pleasant installers. I would certainly without hesitation recommend Ruislip Appliances.”

“I needed a full set of upmarket German branded appliances for a new luxury property but only had a very tight budget and no time to visit showrooms. I arranged everything by phone with Ruislip Appliances who delivered to Central London in a few days the latest German Models and kept inside the very low budget. There was a problem with the AEG larder fridge and it was solved at once with a lower cost replacement delivered next day. I will be using them again”

“I am a landlord and needed a washing machine for one of my tenants. I found the service quite inflexible since the delivery would not be allowed to any other than the address of the cardholder. Of course this is unsuitable since I did not need the washing machine at my address but at my tenants house. This caused me no end of problems. Even ordering a washing machine from John Lewis the delivery address can be stated differently to the card holder address as with other suppliers. I thought this was unstatisfactory and indeed Ruislip appliances were willing to lose my business over this !”

“Having purchased my previous machine and varying appliances over the years, I felt that I was in safe hands. All of the staff are very patient , polite and professional. “Recently needed a new washing machine fast and a good deal. Ruislip Appliances supplied an LG 1400/8kg machine within days at a great price too! Model: LG1496. It's super quiet with all the programmes needed and a 10 year motor guarantee! Very happy :-)”

“I found them to be very helpful . They knew their products . “What a great company! I have have used Ruislip Appliances for many years as they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. I had a new fridge freezer delivered yesterday. The fitters couldn't have been more helpful and patient with me! Their prices are very good, so why go to an internet company or superstore, where the service is 2nd rate? I would highly recommend Ruislip Appliances for their service.”

“I was originally going to purchase a dishwasher from John Lewis where I always purchase my white goods. A friend of mine recommended Ruislip Applicances as she had used them on several occasions. I purchased the dishwasher and paid for installation and disposal of the old dishwasher. This was all done over the phone and the delivery was arranged for the next morning. It was delivered on time but when it came to plumbing it in they said it would have to be plumbed in by a plumber as it had an extended hosepipe, they therefore left the old dishwasher in situ and the new purchase in another room. We had to find and arrange a plumber to install the new dishwasher which has now been done and Ruislip Appliances are collecting the old one this morning. I have no complaints about the service which has been very good but when selling the dishwasher and paying for the fitting I should have been asked whether the existing dishwasher had an extended hosepipe, and if in our case we did, I would have been aware that we would have to get a plumber rather than having to arrange this separately, having an additional cost (we are a charity so we have to be prudent with our funds) and then arrange for the old dishwasher to be collected. A quick question at the point of sale would have saved me this hassle.”

“The team were very helpful and went the extra mile - agreeing to install into a first floor kitchen and then calling me (I wasn't able to be there) to check on details like turning water off and electricity as part of the install and NEXT DAY DELIVERY at the time they anticipated - calling on approach to the house made it so much smoother”
