“Miele T8722 - Thrilled with my new tumble dryer! Excellent product, loads of settings, half which will only be used rarely, but still great to have. Comprehensive set of instructions but worth taking the time to read as a few settings can be changed and the drying finish improved. Excellent service from Ruislip Appliances as per usual; have brought a few appliances from here”

“I saw the new washing machine and tumble dryer that I wanted - phoned through my order - they delivered, installed and took the old appliances away within a couple of days. Great service.”

“From start to finish with my visit to ruislip appliances the staff were there to hand and was very helpful. They showed me different products which I could buy with regards to a new hob. I found the one I wanted and they made sure was the correct fit to measure product. My appliance wasn't in stock so they ordered one which took only 3 days to come to their shop and they called me straight away for me to collect. Very good service”

“I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service I received. They were brilliant about delivering at a time and date to suit me, and I am delighted with the appliances (two ovens, a fridge and an extractor) I bought from them.”

“The service we recieved at the Denham branch was very good. The sales assistant was very helpful and was able to give us information on the different ovens we were looking at. We ask for the oven to be delivered to the shop so that we could collect at our own convienenace. However when I got a message to say our order was in the shop. Great, Can you imagine the frustration when i manage to get the time off work to collect the oven only to discover it was Ruislip? Please in the future could your staff take note of which branch of the shop the order was placed and that the person informing the customer say which branch of the shop the order is at. thank you”

“I found Ruislip Appliances very good with regard to me choosing a new washing machine. The staff were very helpful in making me decide which machine to go for and made up my mind very quickly. I was very lucky in that the washing machine was on offer, i e a 5 year guarantee and free installation and removal of old machine. I am also fortunate in that I live within half a mile of Ruislip Appliances and so got free delivery too! The gentleman was most efficient and got the machine up and running in no time. I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent quick service but you only sent one man instead of 2 which made it almost impossible for him.Luckily there was a strong young man to help. Also the machine was bigger than the old one so doesn't fit properly. I did tell you what the old machine was so this shouldn't have happened. Now I have an integrated machine which isn't integrated! Would have been easier and cheaper t o have a free standing one.”

“I recently bought a new dishwasher at Ruislip Appliances. It was a very nice and smooth experience. The two persons I had on the phone were very friendly and helpful. The dishwasher was delivered and installed 48hrs after I placed my ordered. I really appreciated the all-in-one price, which included delivery, installation, recycling of the old dishwasher, and all that after 5pm, which means I didn't have to take a day off and wait at home for a whole day. Amazing! Thanks for the great service!”
