“We already knew which dishwasher we wanted when we entered the shop. However the assistant with his knowledge guided us to another model same make. It was cheaper too. Great chat and we left feeling very satisfied. Delivered on time . Swift and professional took away old one and fitted new one. It was done so quickly. It works great too. Not as noisy as we expected either. All in all a good buy. Would definitely go there again for the excellent service.”

“I have dealt with these guys for the last 20yrs. Only once did I come unstuck with a problem and it was dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Always a great deal. Always a great service. Always a smile. Ps I'm not local anymore and I still drive a100 mile round trip.”

“Upon our old washer/dryer breaking down just before Xmas, discussed with the very knowledgable and helpful Ruislip Appliances, over the phone, a replacement which was immediately available at a very competitive price and delivered a day and a half later. The delivery men were also really superb removing the old and fitting & testing the new machine with great efficiency. This required the willing lifting of the heavy machines high to clear the fitted kitchen work tops, which was way above and beyond the usually expected call of duty without any hesitation or question. The writer has used Ruislip Appliances over the years and has no hesitation at all in recommending them for the first class service provided at all levels. Congratulation and thank you to all concerned.”

“I was very pleased with Ruislip Appliances Ltd' s service. I simply made a phone calls asking them for a Bosch washing machine and they gave me advice on price and specification. They also delivered within two days, which was brilliant considering it was just before Christmas! Thank you.”

“I bought a freezer from RA and then went back to buy all the other appliances for my kitchen. I found them very compatible with other retailers and the staff really helpful. I would recommend you check their prices first before buying.”

“Ordered a fridge freezer, arranged a viewing, item in warehouse brought into shop. Staff very helpfull. Delivery fine, delivery guys again very helpfull (my eldery aunt & uncle) and informative. Very patient in explaining to my uncle/aunt process re switching on appliance etc etc. Would definately recommend. I myself bought a fridge freezer 2 years back, service is consistent. Local, family friendly shop.”

“Having recently taken delivery of a built in neff microwave which unfortunately was faulty the team at Ruislip appliances pulled out all the stops to replace it as quickly as possible. I have purchased other appliances from them in the past and will continue to in the future. It's nice to deal with real people face to face Michael harrow weald”

“RA is a fine showroom with just the right amount of choice, and all of quality products. They are nice people too, who want the customer to be happy. It is a neighbour ethic. The appliance is quickly delivered and installed, while the old one is taken away - all at reasonable price.”
