“The service we recieved at the Denham branch was very good. The sales assistant was very helpful and was able to give us information on the different ovens we were looking at. We ask for the oven to be delivered to the shop so that we could collect at our own convienenace. However when I got a message to say our order was in the shop. Great, Can you imagine the frustration when i manage to get the time off work to collect the oven only to discover it was Ruislip? Please in the future could your staff take note of which branch of the shop the order was placed and that the person informing the customer say which branch of the shop the order is at. thank you”

“I found Ruislip Appliances very good with regard to me choosing a new washing machine. The staff were very helpful in making me decide which machine to go for and made up my mind very quickly. I was very lucky in that the washing machine was on offer, i e a 5 year guarantee and free installation and removal of old machine. I am also fortunate in that I live within half a mile of Ruislip Appliances and so got free delivery too! The gentleman was most efficient and got the machine up and running in no time. I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent quick service but you only sent one man instead of 2 which made it almost impossible for him.Luckily there was a strong young man to help. Also the machine was bigger than the old one so doesn't fit properly. I did tell you what the old machine was so this shouldn't have happened. Now I have an integrated machine which isn't integrated! Would have been easier and cheaper t o have a free standing one.”

“I recently bought a new dishwasher at Ruislip Appliances. It was a very nice and smooth experience. The two persons I had on the phone were very friendly and helpful. The dishwasher was delivered and installed 48hrs after I placed my ordered. I really appreciated the all-in-one price, which included delivery, installation, recycling of the old dishwasher, and all that after 5pm, which means I didn't have to take a day off and wait at home for a whole day. Amazing! Thanks for the great service!”

“I am so pleased we found Ruislip appliances. We were having trouble finding an American fridge that would fit through our doors. They assured us we could choose whatever fridgeb we wante and they would ensure they would be able to deliver and install it. THey did. From purchasing the fridge to it being delivered, the service was oustanindg. Everything went to plan. The purchase was effortless, the delivery was professional and timely. Cannot recommend them enough. A great company.”

“I have used Ruislip Appliances a few times and have found them to be really helpful each time. They offered advice on which products would be suitable for my requirements and talked me out of purchasing items that I thought I wanted but was not going to use or was not suitable for me. They also deliver when they say they will. I have found them to be competitively priced.”

“My built in fridge freezer broke down on a Sunday, so I did a bit of research online Sunday afternoon, and decided to buy a like for like Zanussi replacement and found that Ruislip appliances website had several available at a comparable price to other vendors. As I live less than half a mile from their shop I was able to pop in on the Tuesday evening, and decided to save a little more by choosing one with a dent on the side, because once installed as it's built in... no one can see the dent. I also elected to pay for delivery and installation which was offered to me for the Thursday, but I elected for Friday pm. The fitters arrived at the arranged time and took away the old appliance. I'm a now happy local and would highly recommend using Ruislip appliances wherever you are located.”
