“Excellent customer service....I mistakenly bought an incorrect sized integrated microwave oven & they allowed me to upgrade to the correct model with no hassle at all...A pleasure to do business with & will certainly be going to see them when our washing machine needs replacing”

“Your service was excellent, the guys who came to deliver and fit were helpfull polite and knowledgeable. It would have bee helpful if we had had more of an idea of when to expect delvery, the gap of 10am to 4pm was too vague. Aso the wrong Instruction Manual was sent for the micrwave for the Neff microcombi, and was incorrect, we have requested from Neff 5 times for the current instruction manual and after nearly 3 weeks we have not recieved it. This is not your problem but Neff have not been that helpful. Ruislip was very satisfactory”

“We made several vistis to the Ruislip Manor shop as the product we wanted was not standard. Each time the staff were very helpful and had plenty of time for us. Very pleased with service and the final installed product.”

“We recently purchased a kitchen and full set of appliances from Ruislip Appliances and their kitchen supplier LKC. The advice and service we received from Nick from Ruislip Appliances and Dale Hogwood at LKC was excellent. As we purchased both kitchen and appliances from the one shop Dale and Nick got together and offered a generous discount without us even asking for one. Dale also organised the installation of our kitchen and his advice regarding design and layout has been superb. His hands on approach regarding the installation has also been excellent, right down to being on site when the kitchen was delivered and visiting on a daily basis to check that things were running smoothly. His after sales service regarding some minor snagging issues has been no less impressive. The quality and price of his kitchens are in our opinion superior to all of the high streeet suppliers but it is the service he provides which sets him apart from the others. If you are considering purchasing a kitchen don’t waste your time doing ‘the journey’ as we did. Head straight for Ruislip Appliances and ask for Nick and Dale, you won’t be disappointed.”

“A very clear and informative website which enables you to compare the attributes of each product. A good selection of quality goods competitively priced.
