Hi Giovanni, We're very sorry to hear about the delay on your delivery. We can see from the order details that your profiles left us on a FedEx next-day service, with tracking links provided, only a matter of hours after the team picked up your order on Monday morning. Unfortunately, it looks like there was a mix up at the FedEx depot and your items were delivered to the wrong address. We can see our team has since dispatched new profiles to avoid any further delay. We do our best to make sure orders are delivered ASAP without issue. “Website good but took a week to dispatch 6 tile backer boards. On arrival they cardboard packaging was severely damaged and one board of six was unusable”

Hi David, We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your delivery. We can see that your order was placed on the morning of the 2nd and a dispatch notification was sent over on the morning of the 5th. Tracking links were provided so you could monitor the item in transit with an ETA contained in that link also. The item carries a 2-5 working day lead time and was delivered within those timescales. That doesn't excuse the issues relating to damage however and we can only apologise for the inconvenience here. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience David. “We ordered plywood backing wetwall, but MDF backing was delivered. When queried I was told that the plywood was coming from Russia so no plywood backing. The website should reflect the fact that there was no plywood backing and if it had I would not have ordered the wetwall in the first place. I had tradesmen waiting for the wetwall and it was delivered the next day after I was told it should have been the day before by Rubber Duck.”

Good Afternoon Bill, We fully understand your frustration and we're very sorry for any confusion here. The panels purchased originally were exterior grade MDF panels. The product description and specs alongside do mention that the panel core is optional. That being said, when you purchased your panels, the only option available at the time was exterior grade MDF. As you rightly mentioned, the plywood used to create the panels was sourced from Russia. In light of recent events, this obviously needed to change and the manufacturer reverted to using MDF alone. Recent developments meant that the manufacturer could source a suitable ply alternative from another source and we have since brought those options back on our website. “Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Really pleased with the quality and hopefully with a ten year guarantee it should have no problems of rust. You could buy cheaper but you'd probably have to buy more often which in the long run turns out to be dearer. Looks very good too.”
