“I had to keep delaying my plumber as you were waiting for the valves. It would have been helpful to be advised that you had the thermastatic valves in stock as an option or wait for the regular angle valves to come in At the last minute I requested the thermastatic valves and your customer service agent was very helpful to get them delivered quickly.”

“Efficient service and a reasonable price on the consumable item I ordered although the postage was a little excessive. I could have saved some money if it had been sent Royal Mail instead of DHL. So long as prices are better than the competition (which aren't many) I'll be a returning customer.”

“The mirror I ordered was a good price and just what I needed. Found it necessary to chase delivery as it seems twice as it hadn't been received from the original supplier as expected in order to meet the final promised delivery date.”

“DELIVERY was as expected. Considering the weight of the wallboards, it wouldnt hurt the delivery company to use a TWO man crew. I wasnot able to help the delivery driver as I am disabled. The only downside is your prices..”

“Being an existing customer l know the products sold are of excellent quality and sold at a highly competitive price. My only complaint is the delivery quoted at the time of order was not what happened. We expected it all to come together but was in two separate deliveries due to different suppliers and transport that we were not aware of. We had to ring up twice to find out delivery date for second items that where outside of original delivery date.”

“Our seal arrived well packed and very promptly. The tab to fit in the holder wasn't as wide as shown but fortunately it is wide enough to stay in place and looks great and does the job we wanted it to. Ideal.”

“The toilet seat is good quality but it doesn’t fit. I thought I had measured accurately but I must have made a mistake. The returns process is complicated and could be costly so I regret buying from this company.”

Hi Diane, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, it means a lot to us! The returns policy we employ is the standard returns policy used for online retailers in the UK. With toilet seats there is a hygiene concern that we need to consider as per UK law however. All that means is, we need to make sure the item has not been fitted and the protective seal has not been removed from the seat. A couple of pictures to confirm is all we require. This allows us to resell the item with confidence it has not been fitted or used prior, which I'm sure you would understand.
