“Only 4star because the elements board packs are great and lowest price at rubber duck ,but there are delivered too early as I had asked for later delivery date and was assured that they would delivered according to my time bracket if I wrote it in message part of order and it didn’t happen.”

“Incorrect item sent originally but was swiftly rectified by despatch of the correct item and collection of the other. The tap itself looks lovely though yet to be fitted. Kids liked the little rubber ducks in the box.”

“The product was good and arrived in good condition. Postage at £35 is quite high, after ordering I've changed my plans and would like to order additional boards but I'm not paying another £35 delivery. It's entirely my own fault and I'm kicking myself but it is a factor and something I thought worth mentioning.”

“Reasonably priced products, dispatched items received very quickly via dhl with good notification. Items delivered direct from suppliers arrived swiftly however no delivery notification, no idea when or what was being delivered. Hence I missed the first delivery and had no idea when the remainder of the order would arrive.”

“ordering was easy and clear, the items arrived promptly, unfortunately there was a fault with the shower tray which had a surface defect from the manufacturer which could not be seen with the packaging on as it was hidden under a big sticker. Reported the fault and it was resolved quickly with a prompt re-delivery so thanks”

“The actual item I ordered (shower holder) was cheap, plasticky rubbish despite the description saying otherwise. To Rubberduck's credit they have me a full refund including delivery without any quibble.”

“Overall the service was very good and any e-mails received a quick response. Unfortunately the first set of acrylic panels were apparently damaged when the courier received them. This then decended into a black hole. There appeared to be no communication between the courier and Rubberduck. I chased the courier over several weeks but the status remained being prepared before finally finding out that the panels were damaged. I was advised to contact Rubberduck but received no response until a routine your order is out for delivery message. The courier e-mailed me on the morning of the delivery which I hadn't spotted so their arrival was a surprise. Fortunately this project wasn't time sensitive but communication could be improved.”

“Disappointed not to receive a breakdown of what was being delivered and when. I requested delivery and received one part of delivery. Not an issue, however no communication what so ever from Rubber Duck as to what was outstanding and when the scheduled deliveries were expected. Unfortunately I had to continually chase. Seeing I was having my house this communication was critical. Serious needs addressing. Besides that the quality of goods appear good. Will be able to confirm when installed,”
