“Not a 5 because the courier did not text me an arrival time. Rubberduck notified me of the courier’s name and the day the consignment would be delivered, but nothing about estimated time from the courier”

“Good service, we had 3 shower panels delivered with care and attention well packaged. Unfortunately we had some upvc cladding for ceiling delivered by another delivery firm Unfortunately we had some damaged panels . Still waiting for replacement's .”

“I was happy on the whole with my order, the only issue I had was part of my order wasn’t delivered and I had to phone up to query why, it was handled from there but without any update it was being dealt with and it just arrived out the blue. Delivery was quick but was only notified it was arriving on the day it arrived so was fortunate I was able to receive it. Would buy again all said”

“Your staff were excellent, you were badly let down by Abacus's inability to deliver a complete order in one consignment. 3 deliveries was ridiculous. They clearly don't condition the inconvenience this causes YOUR customer.”
