“The Rubberduck Customer Service team pulling it out of the bag again. Despite DHL failing to deliver the first time, after 2 days saying it was in their system but not confirming any reason for he hold-up, a quick email to the Rubberduck Customer Service (CS) team resulted in DHL confirming the order had been damaged in their system. Rather than waiting for the damaged item to be returned to Rubberduck, the CS team arranged for an overnight replacement, which arrived the following morning (in good condition). The bath panel was perfect for the installation and was certainly value for money.”

“Good website. Good prices. Well packaged. Easy process from selection to delivery. Two minor complaints: first a lack of communication in the week between order/payment and goods being out for delivery. “They’ve gone bust” did go through my head but I’d purchased from Rubber Duck before so wasn’t as worried as the first time. Second, their 24 hour inspection policy. The shower screens won’t be fitted for some weeks after the shower trays but I have to disrupt their protective packaging in order to inspect them immediately - leaving them more exposed to damage during the period before they’re fitted. No easy solution I guess but it leaves a bit of a sour taste. Overall though. I’m pleased.”

“Competitive pricing and delivery cost. The Genesis aluminium retro fit threshold TVA259 in aluminium was out of stock so a silver substitute was offered. On delivery this turned out to be Gripperrods barwhich was not suitable. Not worth the hassle of returning”

“Rubberduck Bathrooms have been very helpful and accommodating with our order. They sourced a missing support arm clamp for our Kudos shower enclosure which consisted of 2 side panels, a door, end panel and 1700 tray. Unfortunately our plumber found the enclosure difficult to fit as the panels had no capacity for adjustment in mm. We were left with a gap in the door where the door side strip will not meet the magnetic strip on the side panel. We now have to dismantle the end panel + side panel and nudge a few mm, hoping to solve this.”

“Very good service from Rubberduck, five star for the customer service I revived however dropped a star due to delivery taking way longer than I was told on the phone. This was mainly due to item coming directly from manufacturer I think. Over all I would defiantly recommend this company.”
