“It was my first order. The company was recommended by two of my plumbers but I received the wrong taps and it was only noticed after they were installed. However, the client wants us to install what he originally ordered and that will cost us more than £80.00.”

However due to a picking error our side you were sent the non swivel version of the same tap. We can only apologise for that mistake made on our part. “Very good quality as expected. Very very impressed with the packaging. Cladding arrived in perfect condition. Having ordered cladding from other suppliers in the past and had lots of damaged items delivered I was apprehensive but full marks to rubberduck for a perfect service all round. Highly recommended.”

“Great to be able to talk to a friendly person. I had been let down badly by Victoria Plum who had cancelled delivery twice and left me cancelling my plumber. But when I spoke to Rubber Duck they found the correct bath for me, ordered it and followed up to ensure it was delivered in time for my plumber to continue. I ordered all the rest of my bathroom then through Rubber Duck and it all came the next day without delay. What a fabulous service and Ashley was so very helpful - thank you”

“Bathroom panel was delivered on time but it had slight damage. I emailed a photo but got no reply. My fitter had to then fit the damaged panel and managed to hide most of the damage. I would have expected a reply.”

Looking at the email sent across, we can see that you mentioned that the issue was to be worked around by your fitter and no further action was required from our side. Typically, we reply to all emails within a matter of hours and at peak times within a day. In this instance we have clearly missed that reply, which we can only apologise for. Good Afternoon Mark, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received during delivery. We pack these items using heavy cardboard edge protection and plastic wrap to ensure the protection remains in place during transit. Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products we send out. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. This would be the case for most if not all online retailers selling this product. We do listen and learn from customer feedback and we are looking into ways to negate the increase in courier damages during the busier periods. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. If ever you need anything in the future give us a call and we'll make sure the next one is much better!
