“Website: easy to user friendly Communication: excellent, answered questions with diplomacy and non patronising way Despatching: well communicated Arrival: one if the products "backer board" arrived with damage to packaging and boards and it was reported within time accompanied with photographs matter dealt with professionally. The report passed on to manufacturer. Tracking of delivery was not as good as some but functional and helpful. I am very happy with the service and happy to recommend and use again.”
