Wrong instruction leaflet. I ordered Scudo York Traditional Dual Head Thermostatic Shower Valve (Code: SHOWER006) Instructions were for a generic, bar mixer. Very different from a Scudo York. Typical of a lazy Chinese manufacturer (and complacent British distributor)

Good Morning Dilly, We're very sorry to hear about the instructions provided. The shower unit itself arrives in to us in a sealed box and (I'm sure you would agree) it would not be feasible for us to open every single unit to check the instructions prior to dispatching. If the wrong instructions were provided, we could have contacted the manufacturer and had the correct instructions sent over. We operate a customer service line Mon - Sat for all customers who need to clarify any details. We can see you placed your order over the weekend - it was dispatched using a tracked, next day service first thing Monday and was delivered Tuesday morning without issue, which is great to see and exactly what we aim for. Second order that has passed the latest estimated delivery date with no delivery update given. Has to chase both times to find out what’s happening with my order. I appreciate this is probably due to supplier delays but since this has happened twice now I would seriously question any of the estimated delivery times on their website.

Everything was great apart from the delivery. The website, price, communication, availability were fine. However, all of the boxes, on two separate deliveries, were seriously beaten up. Every one of the boxes were crumpled and broken in places. For the two niches, I was very surprised that they were not deformed, because the damage on the box was extensive. The wetroom former was broken, but I did not realise this initially on delivery, and I've decided to repair it rather than wait for any kind of replacement. I mentioned to the driver that the boxes were in poor shape, but he didn't seem to think it was an issue. All of the packages (not mine) were loose and haphazard in the van, so the driver struggled to get anything without stepping on them.

It's complicated! The showerproof wall panels I bought became a problem, largely as a result of the supplier using a courier service that I felt were unable to deliver the panels professionally!

We do think there must have been a miscommunication however James, we responded to your email from Thursday first thing Friday morning. We responded again on that chain shortly after to say once the requested info comes in to us we can arrange for a replacement. We have yet to receive the information requested in that first email response (sent Friday, July 11, 2025 09:28). The products are great and communication prompt. Delivery careful and well communicated. One of our items wasn’t in stock (which we were unaware of at purchase) so there was a delay in dispatch. This was a problem with bathroom fitters booked and I had to chase for a delivery date several times. However communication was always prompt and with an apology.

I had one bath panel before (2years) and was total different that what I get last week.The previous one was 480mm high and the last one was 400mm high.I didn’t know you do more sizes regarding the height. I just ordered by length (1700)also one of the corners was damaged I was lucky because I suppose to cut it to fit it,plinth little bit cracked,I repaired (brand new).Not very happy.

You placed your order at 10pm, it was dispatched at 8:42am using a tracked next working day service the following morning and then arrived the next working day. If an item is damaged in transit, we can only apologise and look to replace the item as soon as possible. If we are not informed then we can't help resolve the matter. You placed your previous order in Oct 2022 for a different sized panel - product specs can change from time to time and we reflect those changes on the product page in the specs and the video showing the item too. Item was delivered quickly and seemed well packaged. The panel, however, has several obvious scratches on it which is very disappointing. These must have been on the panel prior to packaging and should have been noticed.

Multiple orders for various stuff, all shipped and delivered quickly, but half of it had damage or poor packaging. Half of the boards needed replacing, packs of screws damaged and scattered in the box, tanking membrane leaking inside its bubble wrap. Service is great and was quickly replaced but i wonder how this keeps happening and how they are not looking at improving delivery quality.

Unfortunately the cabinet was badly , However it was not their fault, I would say it was the suppliers at fault , Rubber duck responded quick to our complaint, arranged collection within a few days , waiting for refund,

Three attempts at delivery, first one damaged product, second order incomplete, third one delivered on wrong date. But we got there in the end and the product is good.

Item arrived in damaged box, on opening the item was coated in dust/dirt, after cleaning the item several of the corners were damaged. It didn’t seem like any care had been taken with the item.

We understand items can pick up a little dust when on their journey through manufacturing and eventually to the doors of our valued customers. To help counter any issues with dust, dirt or damage in transit we look to use appropriate package protection with fragile marking and reputable couriers to transport the goods. Item arrived quick only down side is that you only have a standard delivery charge which for what I ordered was nearly as much as the item it's self. Would order from you again but definitely not if it was only a single item.
