Order placed in March 2025 and informed it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive from Italy. As it was a non urgent robe hanging hook I thought I’ll be kept informed about the progress but there was no further communication. I called them last week nearly a year later to ask for the £100+ refund. Was informed that the product was in stock and will be dispatched by courier ASAP and it duly arrived 2 days later. So mixed feelings and think they should’ve done better.

Order came quickly. Unfortunately the packaging was badly damaged and a large panel was badly marked. However support ordered another panel as a repalcement which will hopefully arrive soon.

Not enough communication from emails or on phone. Better updates along the process would instil confidence in returning to purchase.

Not at all as I expected it to happen! I decided to use one supplier for my bathroom refurbishment to simplify the delivery process and minimise the number of deliveries which I would hve to be home for. How wrong I was! Apart from one small item which did arrive from Rubberduck the rest are all coming separately from the various suppliers meaning that I may as well have ordered them all separately in the first place.

We do display full info on how items are delivered within the delivery FAQs section, so customers can make an informed decision before committing to an order. Ordered bath screen dpd didn’t deliver emailed rubber duck as needed a replacement but no reply so had to get elsewhere as needed Good job i tracked package as I’d still be waiting for it Not rubber ducks fault but rang a few times to sort out NO ANSWER

Just to clarify, your email was sent to us at 07:50am and we replied at 08:39am, which was actually 20 minutes before our office was due to open. We’re sorry if this wasn’t seen in time, but we did respond as quickly as possible to try and assist you. We agree the failed delivery from DPD was disappointing - we processed your refund the very next morning to avoid any further frustration. All of which was communicated VIA email. One of few suppliers to stock the item I was looking for (swivel basin tap). Ordering process was easy, fast delivery of item and so far, seems like good quality. My only grumble is that Rubberduck claim to offer a price guarantee - I did find the item slightly cheaper elsewhere so contacted them but so far they appear to have ignored my request.

Good delivery but product doesnt look the same as advertised. It has more of a red finish which is not like the image.

There was an issue with the delivery and what I thought a simple resolution wasnt possible (no attempt to make it possible TBH). Minor thing, but important in customer services, the colleague at RDB didnt know the law but thats a seperate matter. Anyway the delivery issue was nothing I couldnt resolve myself after calling a few favours in. Once delivered the items were fantastic and at the best overall cost from other retailers.

Generally I find their prices to be pretty good. Customer service is pretty good too though I have had to chase up a couple of queries. I have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable when explaining how various items are installed.

I was told that the product would be delivered within 5 days while placing an order; however, it was delivered 2 weeks after the order date. So, I didn't quite have a good experience with that otherwise I would have given a good review and ratings.

Jarred and the Rubberduck team are always really helpful with our order requirements & sourcing our products. Delivery was a bit delayed for us on this occasion, it felt like we did have to chase things up rather then be contacted. But once contact had been made , things were resolved.

The goods I ordered and ultimately received were of good quality and as described on the website. The expected delivery was from 2 to 6 days when I ordered. THe goods came in three separate deliveries from three separate couriers companies. DHL, XDP and STOP_START. DHL messaged me to say they had the goods and then later on to confirm the delivery slot. The delivery was about 1 hour late XDP messaged me to say they had the goods, offered me the opportunity to cahnge the date which I did but then failed to show up or to message me on that date. They then arrived the following day. Obvioulsy there are sometimes delays but it was frustrating that they did not keep me informed. Stop-Start never informed me that they had the goods, or when they would deliver. I had to phone Rubberduck to get updates. The delivery took 6 days from Rubberduck telling me the goods had been dispatched. I finally got a text at 2100 on the day before the dlivery telling me the delivery slot. On the day they delivered on time. All the delivery drivers were friendly, courteous and helped me to get the goods up the 3 fllors to the appartment. I made my order on the 18th August. The last of the 3 deliveries was on the 5th September, 19 days later. The estimated delivery date in the order acknowledgement was between 22nd and 26th August. superfast delivery but the way they were strapped down on the pallet ment they were a bit bowed , got over it by bracing with timber but would have been much easier if they were dead flat .Customer service was 4/5 only downgraded because of they bow which may have been the fault of de;livery company rather than the supplier

Wrong instruction leaflet. I ordered Scudo York Traditional Dual Head Thermostatic Shower Valve (Code: SHOWER006) Instructions were for a generic, bar mixer. Very different from a Scudo York. Typical of a lazy Chinese manufacturer (and complacent British distributor)

The shower unit itself arrives in to us in a sealed box and (I'm sure you would agree) it would not be feasible for us to open every single unit to check the instructions prior to dispatching. If the wrong instructions were provided, we could have contacted the manufacturer and had the correct instructions sent over. We operate a customer service line Mon - Sat for all customers who need to clarify any details. We can see you placed your order over the weekend - it was dispatched using a tracked, next day service first thing Monday and was delivered Tuesday morning without issue, which is great to see and exactly what we aim for. Second order that has passed the latest estimated delivery date with no delivery update given. Has to chase both times to find out what’s happening with my order. I appreciate this is probably due to supplier delays but since this has happened twice now I would seriously question any of the estimated delivery times on their website.

Everything was great apart from the delivery. The website, price, communication, availability were fine. However, all of the boxes, on two separate deliveries, were seriously beaten up. Every one of the boxes were crumpled and broken in places. For the two niches, I was very surprised that they were not deformed, because the damage on the box was extensive. The wetroom former was broken, but I did not realise this initially on delivery, and I've decided to repair it rather than wait for any kind of replacement. I mentioned to the driver that the boxes were in poor shape, but he didn't seem to think it was an issue. All of the packages (not mine) were loose and haphazard in the van, so the driver struggled to get anything without stepping on them.

It's complicated! The showerproof wall panels I bought became a problem, largely as a result of the supplier using a courier service that I felt were unable to deliver the panels professionally!

We do think there must have been a miscommunication however James, we responded to your email from Thursday first thing Friday morning. We responded again on that chain shortly after to say once the requested info comes in to us we can arrange for a replacement. We have yet to receive the information requested in that first email response (sent Friday, July 11, 2025 09:28). The products are great and communication prompt. Delivery careful and well communicated. One of our items wasn’t in stock (which we were unaware of at purchase) so there was a delay in dispatch. This was a problem with bathroom fitters booked and I had to chase for a delivery date several times. However communication was always prompt and with an apology.
