“Jared was extremely helpful when I called for some assistance with my order. I purchased a number of items which Rubberduck arranged to be delivered all on the same day. The delivery service was also excellent, easy to track and bang on time. There was one minor issue with a part I had ordered not being a good colour match. This was quickly resolved by a quick phone call to the customer service team and I have received an email confirming that a replacement is in its way. A refreshing experience and I shall be recommending the company to my friends and family. Thank you!”

“We were very pleased with using Rubberduck for our sanitaryware and Wetwall wall boarding. The Wetwall Carrara Marble was a great choice for our small bathroom. The Lancia Bella vanity unit with drawers, concealed cistern and raised back to the wall w.c. Pan was also a good choice for our bathroom. The website was easy to use, the delivery drivers were excellent. We had one hiccup which was not Rubberduck's fault. When Rubberduck placed the order with Shore for the wall boarding they put the wrong property number down and we had to wait a few more days for the delivery to come to the right address. I couldn't fault Shore with the help and respect they gave us too. Thank you Rubberduck it was a pleasure to do business with you😁”

“The sales staff were very helpful over the phone and I was asked to make my order online. This was my first time dealing with the company and I had checked reviews, but I would have felt more comfortable ordering directly. The order was for almost a thousand pounds and I was informed the order would arrive on the Friday. The order didn't arrive on Friday and over the weekend I was concerned that I had not been informed why the order was delayed. On the Monday I had to phone the company to find out where my order was. The sales assistant took my details but didn't return my call. I called a second time and they then contacted their supplier. The supplier said the van had broken down. I should have been informed and updated but I wasn't. This didn't feel professional and left me and my plumber waiting for the delivery. The delivery arrived on the Wednesday five days late.”

“Great products- best prices- fast delivery -no that’s the standard. I did have one item I needed to return and needed a quick decision as I was leaving the uk - they were great at handling weird queries. And even allowed me extra time to return if needed (it wasn’t in the end- but was so grateful for the option). Top marks”

“I recently purchased a shower door and was very happy with the experience. The price was good and I received a 5% discount as a new customer. The shower door was delivered direct from the manufacturer within a few days. I have now fitted it and it all works perfectly. All in all, a very smooth experience on a large item that I was nervous about buying online.”

“The delivery was split in to 3 deliveries which arrived on different days with only a couple of hours notice. On top of that some of the items were missing. Finally the courier tracking app was totally useless. The only positive that I can take from my experience is that the Rubberduck Customer Services representative was very helpful.”

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. As these products are dispatched directly from Abacus using their nominated courier, XDP, the delivery arrangements and tracking are outside of our direct control.
