“Cant praise this company highly enough, especially the staff and in particular Jarrod. I had a large order which required some returns-through no fault of Rubberduck- and this was all dealt with swiftly and pleasantly. “One of few suppliers to stock the item I was looking for (swivel basin tap). Ordering process was easy, fast delivery of item and so far, seems like good quality. My only grumble is that Rubberduck claim to offer a price guarantee - I did find the item slightly cheaper elsewhere so contacted them but so far they appear to have ignored my request.”
