“Fantastic service, all items arrived quickly and in good condition. One defective item was very quickly replaced without charge and Rubberduck managed the manufacturer for us - we had the replacement within a few days. Would give 6 stars if I could, all items exactly as described and looked great. Our plumber said it's very rare to get a manufacturer replacement so big cudos to the Rubberduck team. Thank you very much!”

“I placed an order on line of some bathroom accessories, late in the evening. Expecting delivery within 5 days. The next working day I got a call from customer service apologising for a delay in my products due to shipping from abroad. They wanted to check if I still wanted my order if I wanted to cancel, just in case it delayed my bathroom. I was happy to wait and the actual products were received within the week”

“The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and patient dealing with questions and giving advice. The product a bathroom vanity arrived on time and was of good quality. It was missing the plug but luckily the installer had a spare one so not a problem. Will happily deal with this company again.”

“Very pleased with this product it was very easy to fit and replaced my not that old (14 months) two lever tap. Now I have an electric heating tap and a gas water heated tap that can fill a mop bucket or whatever. Response was fast, delivered on time, excellent service and better than really good value, I am really impressed by Rubberduck Bathrooms. They really are the dog’s proverbials!”
