“This is the second time I order from Rubberduck. The aquatic boards are priced extremely competitively and are of excellent quality (my plumbers concur!) A damaged board on the first order was replaced very easily and quickly. I would definitely order from here again.”

“The first bath panel ordered was received damaged although well packaged, so damage probably occurred during transportation. Contacted Rubberuck to explain the situation and sent photos of the damage and they immediately arranged for a replacement item to be dispatched. This was received promptly without damage. Receiving the first panel damaged was a bit of a nuisance but the matter was resolved promptly so based on my experience I would recommend the company”

“As good as other suppliers but make sure you check your delivery even though courier wants you to sign before you open anything this needs sorting especially with the high delivery charge”

Good Afternoon Stephen, We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your panels. Looking across the details, we can see your order was placed with us late afternoon on the 8th, with dispatch confirmation and an ETA of the 11th provided the very next day. The panels were delivered directly by the manufacturer and we would have replaced them without fuss within a couple of days, if we had been given the opportunity to do so. Any replacements would have likely arrived within the 2-5 day window we quote for delivery on the initial order to avoid any extended delay. We appreciate you've made use of them now but, if ever you needed anything in the future, give us a quick call and we'll see what we can do to improve that service rating. Apologies again Stephen. “Staff were helpful with a telephone enquiry about a website query. I was kept informed of delivery dates by text and goods arrived on time as stated. Delivery driver helpful and pleasant inspite of an early start and long journey on his part. Well done Rubberduck Bathrooms!”

“Was not sure exactly what I needed so telephoned to place the order rather than use the shopping trolley. An extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy helped me sort it all out. 4 hours later the courier called to ask when I wanted the delivery. It arrived 3 days later. It was all very efficient. and a good experience”

“Was looking for a certain product that I had seen being used on Youtube. Did an Internet search and found everything I needed here at a very good price. Ordered and paid on their website and the products turned up in the stated delivery time. All in all quite easy and hassle free.”

“I ordered 4 acrylic shower panels & they were delieverd as two packages Yhe first package was obviously damage with a piece of timber sticking out of the middle of the panels. The delivery guy had carefully leant them against a wall with the damage facing the wall The second package was also damaged along the long edge where the package had probably been dropped. This wasnt obvious until I unwrapped the panels completely sometime later. I had two replacements delivered in 5 days which was good and they were ok Then I had another two replacements delivered a few days later & both of the panels were damaged along one edge again. The whole charade has been extremely frustrating & embarassing having to explain to my client why they still cant use their new shower. Fedex who seem to make all the deliveries obviously dont take enough care when handling these packages and it is a lottery whether they arrive undamaged. In my opinion Rubberduck should either change their delivery company of substantially improve the packaging so the panels are protected against mishandling during transportation. I would be very reluctant to oreder any more acrylic panels from Rubberduck in the future. Paul in Surrey”

Hi Paul, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with damage on delivery. These items are packed using heavy cardboard edge protection and plastic wrap to ensure the protection remains in place during transit. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages can occur a little more often. It's great to see our team reacted in the right way and dispatched replacements as soon as we were made aware of any issue. We do listen and learn from customer feedback and we are looking into ways to negate the increase in courier damages during the busier periods.
