“Shocking customer service and appalling delivery. No confirmed delivery times / dates and just randomly turned up. Then had to chase for missing items. Damaged items not replenished. Just don’t seem to want to work with trades / business’s and complexities connected to supply chain”

“The tiles I ordered were delivered in a few days. They arrived in good order and the delivery man was really helpful and put them in my garage. The bathroom work is still continuing and so the tiles are not yet down but they look as advertised and I'm pleased with them so far”

“Worst experience ever . They have not delivered the shower screen for 1 month even though it was showing IN STOCK.. And after 1 month when it was delivered , it was CRACKED s o delivery guys had to take it back. We could complete the renevations only after we ordered from a decent company and got another one in 3 day! AVOID!”

“Competitive pricing and delivery cost. The Genesis aluminium retro fit threshold TVA259 in aluminium was out of stock so a silver substitute was offered. On delivery this turned out to be Gripperrods barwhich was not suitable. Not worth the hassle of returning”

“A good range of products at competitive prices. I saved a lot on on items for my bathroom refit. The customer service was good when I called after placing an order to ask questions regarding delivery. Each person I spoke to was helpful, following through with what they promised i. e calling back when they said they would. My items being from different manufacturers each used different delivery companies. Nothing has been installed yet but Im happy with service, quality and prices.”
