“Basin arrived broken and while immediate customer support was good offering a replacement to be dispatched next working day, four working days later I had to call for an update for them to say the sink was now out of stock and should be dispatched tomorrow…we will see whether that happens and whether I receive any proactive updates. Disappointing.”

“Really impressed with Rubberduck Bathrooms. We ordered a radiator and it arrived at lightning speed. Just as importantly, the communication was excellent — they kept us updated throughout, so we always knew exactly what was happening with our order. Fast, efficient and very professional service. “I HAVE BEEN EXPECTING A FELIVERY OF THE TAPS i orderd since I WAS INFOPRMED THEY WERE AT the DHL DELIVERY DEPOT last MONDAY. i made arrangements to be available but a week later (after being informed of a 'delay' that they could be expected the next working day - 5 working days later I'm still waiting. Contractors employed tio fit thm are waiting too. This ineptitude concerning a simple delivery has caused stress, delay & CONTINUING concern. I have had to requaest neighbours to be awareof a possible delivery when I have not been available. On thir tracking page there is NO WAY of informing DHL to deliver the items to my home address rather than the site (delivery address). No phone number, no option, no further info other than items to be delivered 'next working day ' which is untrue.”

We are very sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery and completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you had made arrangements to be available and had contractors waiting to fit the taps. Your order was placed on Thursday 20th August at 3pm and contained a mixture of products with different advertised delivery times, including Next Day and 2–5 Working Day items. Once all items were ready for dispatch, your order was handed to DHL on Monday 24th August after the weekend on a Next Day delivery service. Full tracking details were provided when the order was dispatched, and DHL also sends delivery notifications and available delivery options by SMS to the mobile telephone number provided with the order. However, we appreciate that you experienced difficulty managing the delivery through DHL and that the tracking information repeatedly advising delivery on the next working day has added to your frustration. We sincerely apologise that, despite the parcel reaching the local DHL delivery depot, DHL have been unable to complete the delivery as expected. We appreciate how inconvenient and stressful this has been, especially after you were repeatedly advised that delivery would take place on the next working day. While the delivery itself is handled by DHL once the order leaves us, we absolutely understand that you placed your order with Rubberduck Bathrooms and expect us to help when something goes wrong. Had our customer service team been made aware of the issue, we would have been more than happy to contact DHL on your behalf, investigate the reason for the delay and chase the delivery. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, stress and disruption this delay has caused to your arrangements and your contractors. We will continue to do everything we can to assist and get the delivery issue resolved as quickly as possible.

“Another excellent, easy, totally hassle free purchase. I’ve used this company on numerous occasions now and I’ve always found my transactions to be fault free. Goods arrive promptly and in good condition. The items I have bought have been at good competitive prices and for me it’s an all round good value recommended company.
