“I cannot praise Rubber Duck highly enough. They have been the most responsive and helpful people to deal with. I purchased a tap from them which had with it a ten year guarantee. After 2years (approx) the tap developed a leak around its spray joint. Rubber Duck immediately sorted a replacement for me and arranged collection of the defunct tap and delivery of a new one. The process was complete within 48 hours of the problem developing. I hasten to point out here that it was the manufacturers, “Kartell” who caused the issue, NOT Rubber Duck who just supplied the product. The team who work at Rubber Duck have been so very courteous, friendly and helpful whenever I’ve spoken to them - particularly Jarred. I’ve been treated as an individual customer not just some anonymous order number. I will positively recommend Rubber Duck Bathroom to any and everyone that needs new sanitary ware and will certainly use them again if I ever need the products they supply. Photo of my new ( and excellent) kitchen tap is below. A (at least) 6 star company at incredibly competitive prices. Thank you Rubber Duck Bathrooms.co.uk”

Hi Ben, We feel you've (conveniently) left out some important details here. You placed your order with us just after 11am and it was dispatched within 2 hours using a tracked, next day delivery service with details contained in your dispatch confirmation. Several hours after the dispatch confirmation was provided, you called requesting to cancel your order. It was politely explained at the time that your mirror had already left us, and we could not cancel an item that was already in transit to you. We detail all aspects of our delivery service pre-sale and we clarified them again in the email sent after you had requested to cancel the order. Any payment made by us to deliver the item to you would be deducted from any refund applied. As is the same for most if not all bathroom retailers. It's not a "computer says no" attitude as you put it, it's simply paying for the service that you requested. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
