Ordered a complete bathroom for a home renovation. The order was delivered within the time specified on a single well packed pallet . I spoke to customer service to enquire about delivery and found them to be very helpful. Quality of the items received was very good and worth the money spent

Great service, frendly staff who arranged for the product to ordered direct from the supplier and delivered on time. The product we order was a little unsual for spaific project the fact that they arrived well packeged and on time ment that we were able to compleat the task on time.

Ordering & subsequent delivery was easy & efficient, phone call i made to the office for some clarification on my preferred choices was extremely helpful and the advisor pointed me in the right direction following my questions. Will certainly recommend Rubberduck to friends & family.

Item arrive smashed. It took me a week for a response to my emails, and that was only after reviewing on trust pilot. It then took a further week to confirm a return, which is still ongoing.

Good Morning Kate, Again, we're sorry for the initial issue with your delivery. We try our best to get items out to customers as quick and as cheap as possible, it's unfortunate that couriers can at times be a little heavy handed. As confirmed in the email sent to you at 9:36am yesterday morning, the manufacturer has stated that they do not require a return for the refund to be issued. ordering was easy and clear, the items arrived promptly, unfortunately there was a fault with the shower tray which had a surface defect from the manufacturer which could not be seen with the packaging on as it was hidden under a big sticker. Reported the fault and it was resolved quickly with a prompt re-delivery so thanks

Good Morning Craig, We're sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery. Looking back we can see you placed your order with us late Friday morning and it was dispatched within a couple of hours for delivery on Monday. The delivery service was tracked with a notification containing your ETA going out on dispatch, another notification going out to you on the day of delivery all with tracking details to monitor the item in transit to you. The item was delivered without issue as planned and given there was no answer, it left in a safe place in front of the vehicle on the drive as shown in the image. We do our best to deliver items in good time and at very low prices - it's unfortunate to hear you find us to blame in this situation. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Got our full bathroom suite supplied by rubberduck and they were great, the prices couldn’t be competed with delivery was fairly prompt and any minor issues that we did have were rectified super quickly and professionally, would definitely recommend this smaller business!

7 weeks after reporting an issue with our cloakroom vanity and they finally asked their supplier to send a replacement draw. The draw holes machined for the sliders were too large causing the draw to tilt / wobble forwards before sliding out. Even after the replacement arrived the problem still exists to a lesser extent. It’s been reported to Rubberduck but now I’m being ignored. All throughout I’ve had to chase and lead the progress with no proactivity from Jarred who is supposed to be the department supervisor from what I gather. Poor customer service with lots of pandering to their supplier opposed to listening to the customer

Good Morning Christian, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with your unit. As with any product issue post installation all online retailers need to communicate with the manufacturer of the product in order to identify and repair/replace any issue reported. We can see the manufacturer offered several solutions to fix the issue, with videos showing how to resolve the tilt on the door. As soon as it was deemed the solutions offered would not work and you were not willing to adjust the harpoons as advised, they sent out a new part to help resolve the matter. Your matter was first reported to us just before closing on Friday March 14th - your replacement door was dispatched on the 16th April, which is just over 4 weeks. The advice offered regarding adjusting the harpoons would help to solve the issue reported. Apologies you've been left unhappy with the service provided. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
