“Unfortunately my experience with Rubber Duck was not a good one. As described by the bathroom fitter : “ It’s been a journey “ - but for all the wrong reasons. The biggest issue was a lack of communication from the company- I was continually chasing items as they weren’t being dispatched/delivered as promised and I wasn’t updated. It was very frustrating and became quite stressful as I kept having to reschedule fitting. I was informed by one staff member that he wasn’t paid to listen to me “vent off” - where do you go from there ?”

“Reasonably priced products, dispatched items received very quickly via dhl with good notification. Items delivered direct from suppliers arrived swiftly however no delivery notification, no idea when or what was being delivered. Hence I missed the first delivery and had no idea when the remainder of the order would arrive.”

“Got to say Im very impressed with the level of service from Rubberduck Bathrooms. the kit turned up when they said it would and as far as i can say it is in good condion. They only thing they could do on their website is for instance when buying a basin TELL the poternital buyer what additional bits are required such as wate/ trap etc.. to make it all work...”
