“I emailed yesterday to ask why you haven't refunded my payment despite my having returned the badly damaged item 12 days ago (now 13) and instead of sending me the refund you contact to ask for a review !!!”

“Everything was great apart from the delivery. The website, price, communication, availability were fine. However, all of the boxes, on two separate deliveries, were seriously beaten up. Every one of the boxes were crumpled and broken in places. For the two niches, I was very surprised that they were not deformed, because the damage on the box was extensive. The wetroom former was broken, but I did not realise this initially on delivery, and I've decided to repair it rather than wait for any kind of replacement. I mentioned to the driver that the boxes were in poor shape, but he didn't seem to think it was an issue. All of the packages (not mine) were loose and haphazard in the van, so the driver struggled to get anything without stepping on them.”

“It's complicated! The showerproof wall panels I bought became a problem, largely as a result of the supplier using a courier service that I felt were unable to deliver the panels professionally!”

Over the years, they’ve consistently provided the best balance of reliability and service at a cost-effective rate. The above was made clear before purchasing the item with the delivery method being displayed on screen, so it shouldn't have come as a shock, as you say. “Placed two orders with Rubberduck Bathrooms. My second order was for Nuance panels which I hadn’t even noticed they did as my first order had been for a shower enclosure. When I realised they did the Nuance panels I just ordered without looking for other suppliers since the service I had already received for the enclosure had been so good. Really friendly and professional sales staff! Thank you!”

Good Afternoon James, We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your unit. We do think there must have been a miscommunication however James, we responded to your email from Thursday first thing Friday morning. We responded again on that chain shortly after to say once the requested info comes in to us we can arrange for a replacement. We have yet to receive the information requested in that first email response (sent Friday, July 11, 2025 09:28). “There was a bit of a delay surrounding the delivery of an enclosure, due to a secondary supplier not being on time. Rubberduck stepped in and not only helped me to get a new one, but they arranged an emergency delivery which meant I could finish my bathroom on time. Big thank you to the guys for going the extra mile to remedy a potentially bad situation. Well done!”
