After I had made an error in my order a quick phone call to rubberduck and they immediately and happily sorted everything out for me. Fantastic customer service. I received all my products within a few days. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately Rubber Duck Bathrooms do not prescribe or understand the consumer rights act. Avoid this company if you want goods to last more than six months. Following an aesthetic fault with pegler tap indices only fitted for two months and only nine months from date of order, Rubber Duck Bathrooms refuse to replace as the manufacturer has gone into liquidation. They ignore the fact that it is reasonable to expect taps to last more than the six months that they quote and it is within a consumers right to prove that there is a fault and in know way does their arrangement with a manufacturer affect your rights. Rubberduck Bathrooms are basically saying that the consumer shouldn't expect any goods that they sell to last longer than six months.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when a product develops a fault, and we always try to support our customers wherever we can. In this case, the product in question was supplied by a manufacturer who has since gone into liquidation, which unfortunately removed our ability to provide a repair/replacement through the manufacturer warranty route. The brand in question had been in operation under numerous manufacturers since 1899 - this is not something that happens regularly within the industry. Ordered a shower tray. Sent reply message to delivery company stating safe place to deliver as I wouldnt be in, through a redirected web browser. Driver rang to say he hadn’t delivered as no delivery notes Tbh staff at Rubberduck have been polite but absolutely no inclination to find a reasonable resolution and Ive been told I have to pay £52 redelivery charge. Order cancelled at my expense. Would not recommend this company

Hi Andy, Thanks for your review. We're very sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience. Just to clarify, the delivery was pre-booked for a day you selected, to ensure someone would be present to receive it, as it was a large delivery and requires a signature on arrival. On contacting the courier, they stated they had not received any communication after the delivery was pre-booked. We understand it’s frustrating that the delivery was missed and that a redelivery fee was involved, but once an item is loaded and sent out, failed delivery attempts do come at a cost to us too. Our team did try to explain this and offer support where possible, and we’re sorry if that didn’t come across as helpful. Very pleased with this company. Found them via an internet search. Great range of porducts and value for money. All communication was positive from initial phone call to get info about the product and delivery times to post-sales. Delivery was very quick. Post-sales support was great and resolved quickly with the manufacturer. Would definitley recommend and purchase from them in the future.

I had one bath panel before (2years) and was total different that what I get last week.The previous one was 480mm high and the last one was 400mm high.I didn’t know you do more sizes regarding the height. I just ordered by length (1700)also one of the corners was damaged I was lucky because I suppose to cut it to fit it,plinth little bit cracked,I repaired (brand new).Not very happy.

You placed your order at 10pm, it was dispatched at 8:42am using a tracked next working day service the following morning and then arrived the next working day. If an item is damaged in transit, we can only apologise and look to replace the item as soon as possible. If we are not informed then we can't help resolve the matter. You placed your previous order in Oct 2022 for a different sized panel - product specs can change from time to time and we reflect those changes on the product page in the specs and the video showing the item too. Service from Rubber Duck was easy and professional. However Delivery came directly from Abacus and that was truly shambolic.
