Hi Ben, We feel you've (conveniently) left out some important details here. You placed your order with us just after 11am and it was dispatched within 2 hours using a tracked, next day delivery service with details contained in your dispatch confirmation. Several hours after the dispatch confirmation was provided, you called requesting to cancel your order. It was politely explained at the time that your mirror had already left us, and we could not cancel an item that was already in transit to you. We detail all aspects of our delivery service pre-sale and we clarified them again in the email sent after you had requested to cancel the order. Any payment made by us to deliver the item to you would be deducted from any refund applied. As is the same for most if not all bathroom retailers. It's not a "computer says no" attitude as you put it, it's simply paying for the service that you requested. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Received a faulty product and they would not help us. While we didn’t manage to capture a photo, the supplier should have still helped us, especially as it was our first order with them. Very bad experience and will not be using again.”

Good Morning Jim, We're very sorry to hear you found the service to be lacking. We understand the frustration when dealing with faulty items and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused. That being said, with all online orders regardless of retailer, we need to evidence any issue flagged with the manufacturer before they will entertain a replacement. All of which is detailed across the website presale and in all emails sent post sale. “Paid £45 carriage for delivery in 2-5 days. Chased a week later and was given an eta which came and went. Finally arrived after 14 days. Now they won't pay return carriage for one item which arrived too late for use (9 days later than specified). Only order from this company if you live near the showroom to save you spending £100 returning via shiply. Not impressed!”

When you put together a larger order containing multiple items, there may be delay while we bring all the components together to send out using a single pallet delivery. This helps to avoid customers receiving multiple deliveries over several days and having to arrange time off work.
