The service and help I have received from your company has been excellent but your delivery carriers have let you down. I had an email on the 1st Sept saying my order had been despatched from your company, it is now the 11th and have been told I cannot have it until 16th as they only deliver in my area once a week. The experience with a driver who could barely speak English was unacceptable. Furdeco are hopeless. The lack of delivery has completely ruined our schedule.

Good Morning Jonathan, Apologies for the issues you've had with your delivery. We've had a chat with Abacus this morning and we were informed that the dispatch notice gave an estimated the delivery day of the 8th of September with a tracking link to confirm the stage of the journey. They then attempted delivery on the 10th of September but no one was in to receive the items. We appreciate the order was placed with us however and while there was a tracking link, 2 days is a little beyond the estimated timeframe. We will have a discussion with our rep to see if there is anything they can do to influence a change in how they operate. Thanks again for ordering with us Johnathan. Refused to refund for items not used. Extra aquaboard was ordered by my builder in case of problems but Rubber Duck Bathrooms refused to accept the exceed and issue a refund. I lost a lot of money because of this. Have warned other potential clients on Facebook not to order from this Company. Very bad service. 😡

Good Morning Julia, We're sorry to hear you're not happy with the service provided. Having looked in to your order, we can see that the items you were looking to return were quite bulky and take up a considerable amount of space. These items also go out on manufacturer dedicated couriers, meaning we don't have the facility to send them out without risk of damage or increased costs. As such, we do not stock these items in the warehouse we have currently. Also, we employ the standard UK returns policy which means we cannot accept returns beyond an acceptable time frame. That being said, we can make exceptions on items we feel we can send out from our warehouse but in this instance we could not im afraid. Hi Julia, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback here. We're sorry to hear you've not had the best experience. Unfortunately, we can't offer returns on an open ended basis. That being said, we did request with the manufacturer at the time to see if they would accept the return and they agreed, so long as the items were sent back at your cost and pending a restocking charge. We discount these items heavily and the cost of restocking by the manufacturer needs to be factored in somewhere. As the decision to purchase excess was not as a result of any advice given, we couldn't offer a free return in this instance. Again, we're sorry you feel this does not constitute a good service. Good Morning Mr Knight, We're sorry that you feel that way however, as you rightly say, the item you ordered on Saturday the 1st of August is detailed to have a 10-14 working day lead time. After listening to the calls you made on Saturday 15th August, it would appear our staff were merely trying to explain that only 10 working days had passed since ordering and that the item still had 4 working days within the estimated delivery time frame to arrive. The frustration levels seemed to increase when we agreed to cancel the order and process a refund but as it was a Saturday, the refund would not appear until Monday morning which is the earliest point the bank could process the refund request. I can also confirm that our staff were certainly not rude however, the language used by yourself made it particularly difficult for our staff to help out as we try to do for all customers looking for information on estimated delivery times. As requested your order has been cancelled, a refund has been issued and should be with you Monday. We wish you all the best and hope that you find the items you require. Good Afternoon Zuzanna, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback on your order dated 7th May 2020. We're sorry for any mix up with the legs on your bath. This review, over two months after purchasing said item, is the first time we've received info about an issue with your order. The item you purchased was delivered direct by the manufacturer Burlington, both the order confirmation and the dispatch notice mention the leg you requested but, there must have been a picking issue at their warehouse which meant the incorrect item arrived. Had we been informed at the time of delivery or within a reasonable timeframe after, we would have been able to arrange a collection and replacement with Burlington most likely the very next day. While we appreciate this does not help you personally at this time, we do inform ALL customers to check their items for damage or discrepancies and report it to us within a reasonable time frame. Good Afternoon Mr Connolly, Firstly, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused with your recent order. Looking in to the notes, we can see there was a clerical error on the dispatch notice between the manufacturer and their courier network which meant the item was being held with the couriers. Under normal circumstances we wouldn’t look to make excuses on behalf of the manufacturers we connect to or the courier networks they use i.e. Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, Fedex, DX etc. However, the industry as a whole has been under unprecedented amounts of pressure to fulfil a large backlog of orders with the current pandemic and working restrictions still in place. This pressure has impacted how manufacturers and courier networks operate and unfortunately this has led to more errors than we would normally see. We appreciate this issue was not of your making and we’d very much like to apologise if this has led to any inconvenience on your behalf. Sadly the service can not be recommended. When the light came to be installed there was damage to it which had not been apparent when first opening the box. The supplier refused to replace without an enormous charge and refused to take a return of the light.

Good Morning Mrs Hodgson, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We're sorry you feel that the service could not be recommended. Having looked into your order we can see that when you called to report an issue, you informed us that you had checked the bathroom wall light on delivery and that no damage was initially noted. It was over a month later, when looking to fit the item, that your fitter mentioned a glass part of the light fitting was broken. We do mention on the product page, that this item contains fragile glass parts that are to be checked on arrival. As a good will gesture, we offered to cover some of the cost of the broken part but this was deemed unacceptable. Unfortunately, as a small family owned retailer, we can't afford to cover the cost of a full replacement on items that have damage reported beyond a reasonable time frame. I ordered and paid for a delivery of a bath and was told on two occasions of the same delivery day. A day before delivery I phoned to check only to be told I was misadvised and that there was no stock until three weeks later. The bath was then re-ordered for delivery via another wholesale supplier of which I am still waiting to be told if it is coming. You still have my money and I have no bath. Totally unacceptable behaviour. I won’t be giving positive feedback to anyone asking for recommendations unless there is a massive turnaround in my situation

This was collected by said manufacturer and refunded as soon as we were made aware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bath in good faith which remained unopened for a month until our plumber was able to come to fit it. After unwrapping the packaging round the rim he found a large piece had been broken off the rim due to careless handling. He managed to fit it so that only a small crack is apparent. Two different customer service people tried to obtain compensation for me however the manufacturer would not budge from the terms that damage had to be reported within 48 hours. I found this most inflexible and disappointing. I will not be using this company again. Anne Lennie

Good Morning Annie, Firstly, we’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused from your recent purchase with us. As you rightly mentioned, we did look to help out as best we can, with 2 separate customer service operatives contacting the manufacturer of the item on your behalf. However, as the item was signed for and then not checked to make sure there wasn’t any damage at the time, the manufacturer refused to offer a refund/replacement. As we operate under the UK standard T&Cs covering distance selling, we inform ALL customers that they need to check the items on receipt to avoid these instances. Rubberduck Bathrooms is a small family run company who look to offer customers the lowest prices possible. This makes it difficult for us to offer any extra compensation on rare issues that happen outside of our control. Again, we’d like to apologise if this has led to any inconvenience on your behalf. Our bath panel was received broken in half. After many e-mails sent back and forth showing pictures and stating my consumer rights, rubberduck Bathroom’s still have not rectified the damaged item issue. If you are looking for good customer service do not use this company.

Sorry for your experience, but as explained in our email and during checkout, item must be checked for damages on arrival and within 24 hours of receiving the items. This is a reasonable amount of time to check items. You made us aware of the damage on the 4th June having received the item on the 23rd May. As we tried to explain would could replace the item after being in your possession for 10 dyas. We also tried to explain that the tileable bath panel you purchased could be repaired on site and would still be fit for purpose and work as designed once tiled.

Hi Jacob, Apologies for any inconvenience caused here. We sell on behalf of numerous bathroom manufacturers across the UK and, while it would be ideal, we or any other online seller does not have the capacity to connect to a live stock feed for them all. We do get regular updates from each manufacturer with estimated delivery timescales and when an order is placed, we then reach out to confirm stock and dispatch dates as is the case with most online sellers. Ordered Sunday phoned Monday to check when being delivered was told I would get a confirmation email by end of day. No email phoned Tuesday was told the company I was to get my items from was shut due to covid 19 Why was I not told that on the Monday rather than wasting my time Poor service order cancelled waiting on refund

Hi Malcolm, Sorry to hear about any issues you've experienced here. The confirmation email was sent out to the email address on the order however, sometimes they do filter in to your spam folder. If you check, it should be in there. Unfortunately, the UK and wider world is having to deal with a global pandemic and some of our suppliers are running reduced service and some unfortunately have now closed. This has been subject to change and the operator you spoke to may not have been privy to this at the time of the call. I know the product is good because I've used it before. Where Rubberduck has fallen down is that I haven't had the product yet! Despite a text from Fedex telling me it would arrive before 23:59 on 30th April, it didn't - and still hasn't. I haven't pestered you previously because the shower tray I need to seal (different supplier) hasn't arrived yet either! I would still appreciate delivery soon, because the shower tray will arrive eventually, I suppose. John Chadderton

Sorry you shower plinth has been damaged in transit, unfortunately we have not received any communication from yourself to inform us of the damage. If you had informed us of the damaged when you received it we would of replaced the item. Order placed 22nd April, Dispatched 22nd April, customer signed for 23rd April 10.02am - Feedback Recieved 30th April

Still not received our ceiling cladding even though it didn’t say it wasn’t in stock. I’ve had to chase them for an update and have paid £40 delivery charge for a £45 order and it’s still not arrived after a week. Won’t be recommending.

Very disappointed with service. Order has not been delivered. Advised a date for delivery which did not happen. Did not receive an explanation until I phoned. You could not give me a delivery date and I have not heard anything since. Reason given to me originally was that NHS was taking priority on deliveries. So when will I receive my order ?

Dear Bashkim Tafilaku, we contact your self within 24 hours of you placing your order to inform you of items which were out of stock and awaiting shipment. We received a call back from your self 2 days later informing us that you were happy to wait for your items. These items came back into stock yesterday and are due for delivery to yourself tomorrow.

Hi Multipanel is sent on their own specialist vans with their own couriers, due to the drivers knowing how to handle the goods correctly packaging has been minimized to reduce waste. I cant see that any damage has been logged on your order so we assume that your boards arrived in good condition? Regards Rubberduck Bathrooms
