Hi, Apologies you haven't received your order yet, as the requests for reviews are automated by a third-party, they don't take into account delivery time. As ourselves and our suppliers have been on Christmas shut down over the past couple of weeks there has been some delay in orders getting to customers and we expect the orders to be delivered shortly now that the suppliers have re-opened. Tryed to return a order with £300 and just kept getting ignored, poor service and still haven’t had my problem resolved, wouldn’t shop here again

With regard to delivery I cannot fault the service you provided. However, my order consisted of 11 No. wetwall panels. I have purchased many of these from you previously and have had no problems. But out of the 11 panels at least 9 had some form of damage to the tongue and groove on the edges or on the corners of the board. I appreciate this order came directly from Shore, the manufacturers but I contacted your sales office to inform them of the problem and they did offer to replace them but I had to refuse as I was in the middle of the job and could cope with cutting the boards so the damage did not hinder. I believe the reason for the damage is that Shore now use cardboard edging protectors whereas previously they were a rigid plastic protector. I realise the new use of cardboard may be out of an ecological concern but a better form of protection needs to be devised. I am sure you will have more feedback like this from your customers. I will continue to used RubberDuck for any such orders but will open all panels immediately on receipt. Regards Andrew, A W Heath Joinery Services.

Used Rubberduck previously and it was ok nothing to write home about, however I had to order extra parts for the panel for the walls. I phoned the company asked for their advice on what was required, ordered the items that they advised. When the items came the plumbers said they were the wrong items so I phoned to ask if they could be exchanged and the correct itmes sent. What a drama, never again would I order from these people, talk about defensive I suggest they send their staff on a 'peoples' course on how not to be so deffensive. I only wanted them changing I ordered the items on the 5th December and today is the 16th December a total of 11 days has lapsed but the man on the phone insisted that 14 days had elapsed so when he goes on his course maybe the company could sent him on another course as well on how to add up. It's not brain surgery!!!!!

Hi, Thanks for your review, I wasn't being defensive and apologise you feel that i was, i was trying to detail that as you ordered these trims from us, and we couldn't identify that we had made any error with this sale that the cost to return the items would be yours to incur, i didn't advise you couldn't return the items, however i found it difficult to finish a sentence without being interrupted, due to this i was unable to fully detail the process to you. I recognise you want the trims replacing, however the cost to do this would be almost £40 to us in return and delivery costs, as a small retailer we cannot cover this charge unless we are responsible for the mistake where we would do so without quibble, however, as you have received what was ordered we cannot cover this cost. As detailed previously, if you would like to return the items at your own cost, we will look to refund you or replace these items as required if received within 14 days of today's date and as new once received, but it would be for you to send back via your own courier, perhaps this is the misunderstanding regarding your comments about the 14 days?

Good morning. I've looked at your order and can see if let us on a pallet on the 3rd December. The pallet company will contact you before delivery is attempted to ensure there is someone on site to receive the pallet, please ensure you answer the call to book in your time slot. We will contact the pallet company and see what the issue is to why you have not received your delivery.

Made an order online November 11th, my plumber told me today 4.12 that the silicone I ordered wasn’t needed called to return they said there refunds policy’s is 14 days, not being a plumber I wasn’t aware I wasn’t to need this item until the installation was starting and because there shipping times I got it abit early to ensure it was here for when works was going to commence. Telephone operator checked the government website whilst I was on the phone because I thought consumers had 28 days to return unwanted items, he didn’t no the law as to whether consumer rights says 28 days or 14 days. They refused to refund me because apparently as a customer of theres you have to take tine our of your life just to email or call within 14 days to let them kno you’d like to cancel and then you have 14 days to return it. What a terrible company. I WONT USE YOU EVER AGAIN !!!!!!

Dear Ms Halle, I'm sorry you feel we have been unfair with you, but like most company's we trade by distance selling laws and are fully within our rights to refuse the return of a single tube of fixing silicone over four weeks after purchasing. I can confirm however that the other items you purchased a tileable bath panel will now not be covered by the manufacturers warranty as your plumber has used an alternative product to install the panel. Said items would come tuesday3dec rang they said it would be delivered Wednesday canceled order if your not there they want to charge you 30 pounds if there not there nothing customer always losers won’t by from them again

Hi Sir, We apologise that the items didn't go out, as detailed in the conditions of sale, we advise these dates are given in good faith as items can be damaged on route or lost necessitating a delay, while we try to avoid these scenarios occuring we cannot 100% avoid issues occuring on route, we regret on this occasion that there was an issue with the delivery going out, the panels and trims come directly from the manufacturer as due to the size of the panels, most couriers wont take them, the date was given to us from Multipanel but due to an issue with the panels being moved to your depot they didn't arrive in time to go out for yesterday. Regarding the delivery cost, Multipanel charge us £36 minimum per delivery, rather than add the costs we incur for delivery in to the price of each panel, we add 1 delivery cost on a checkout so anyone buying more than 1 panel isn't being penalised by paying delivery for each panel, this is not a cost we profit from but a cost the manufacturer passes on to us however we apologise that you feel this is unfair, I can confirm that following our correspondence yesterday, a full refund has been issued as requested for the order..

The product I have purchased for my customer still hasn’t arrived as the day before it was supposed to be delivered was told it was out of stock, I now have an unhappy customer without a toilet and sink .

Hi Sir, I apologise that this was out of stock, The Elation Units are very popular items and the stock levels are constantly changing due to this, i also apologise if you were told a delivery date, i cannot see where we have advised of this, the manufacturer of these items generally calls to book in with the end user and dispatches it for the date discussed i am unsure why this hasn't occurred on this occasion however i can see that a delivery date has now been confirmed.

Waited in all day to receive my order after arranging it well in advance. Unfortunately the order didnt arrive as arranged and I had no notification from anyone. My order arrived the morning after. The delivery man had my phone number and could have informed me of the delay but didn’t . A whole day wasted !

Hi, I apologise that you feel we were obstructive, this was not the case however we couldn't take a radiator back that had been ordered several months earlier, this is not to be difficult but as we only sell these radiators sporadically and it had been opened the potential for it to develop issues while on our shelves over several months increases considerably, this would leave us losing several hundred £'s, as a small independent retailer we are unable to do this. If you had advised that you didn't require or need the radiator within a couple of weeks of receiving it we would have accepted it back without quibble as long as it was new, as obligated in law, however we cannot offer this service on an open ended basis due to the costs involved but i apologise if you feel this is unfair.

I had a really disappointing experience with this company. Ordered a shower unit and tray and had an email to say it had been dispatched, only to then receive a text the following morning at 5.45am saying they were on their way to deliver. I didn't see the message and so the delivery wasn't made. I called to rearrange and to confirm that the delivery would not be made so early in the morning. I was told it would not be delivered earlier than 7.30am but again at 5.40am the following day I had a text saying the driver was on his way and he arrived at 6.15am. the truck was very noisy in a residential area and when I called the company to complain they said they would look into it and get back to me but I've heard nothing since. I don't know any company that delivers to the public at this sort of time in the morning and the customer service experience was really poor.

Radiator was left in a neighbours garden no 17 not 14 which is my address. On unpacking fount it to have a big bend in it so has to be returned causing a delay in getting heat in my kitchen. Now have to wait on a replacement.

Awful company. I ordered a shower tray from them, realised within under an hour that it was the wrong size and Cancelled. The product arrived anyway - poorly packaged - the polystyrene corners were broken etc. I never opened the packaging. In order to return I took extensive photo's and I added additional packing, mading my own corner protectors (few inches) and my own cardboard box using industrial thickness packaging materials. I used a top-rated courier (it went back by lorry not in a van). Rubberduck refused to refund the costs claiming that it was my problem because inside THIER unopened packing they found a some dirt on the protective film. (See the Photo). They had removed the thick cardboard packaging that I made-up, which had no damage whatsoever, proving it was damaged by their courier, not mine. I only got my money back via the Credit Card claims process, which they fought tooth and nail. Moral: Look up all the 1* reviews and you will find people who've been to the small claims courts, had to use Section 75 Consumer Act or other official processes to get back the money they are legally due. Ask yourself why. Ask yourself if you are prepared to use the small claims court or other legal processes for redress before you buy; you will probably need to learn all about them if your order isn't as you hoped; I am now an expert in the various processes. In the end, I got a better product elsewhere.

Hi Sir, Thanks for your review, although we don't agree with your details, due to this I wanted to put our details across to clarify what happened. You ordered a tray, then called the next day to advise the order went through in error and you didn't need the item. We advised it had already been sent and if you cancelled it while in transit the manufacturer who had sent the item on our behalf would charge large costs to return it too their factory as they are not obligated to accept returns, we confirmed at this stage that if this occurred we would have to reduce your refund as they incur costs for this return and as the manufacturer, they are not obligated to do this. I advised, if you want to return it for a full refund you should accept the item and return it to us at our office as we are obligated in law to accept the item back , this would ensure you didn't lose any of the costs paid if the item arrived as new and was able to be sold as such, I also detailed at this time to ensure you took out adequate insurance as in the case of damages on route we cannot refund you and you would have to claim from your courier. When the item arrived here with us, it was wrapped in cardboard, but not fully, the cardboard was strapped to the front and back but didn't protect all of the item and was just basic cardboard, when the cardboard was removed the tray had damages, this was minor we accept, however we cannot sell an item that is slightly damaged and due to this we couldn’t accept this tray, your detail that the packaging wasn't damaged only means that it wasn’t ripped on arrival, cardboard can take impacts which affect the contents without it being visible on the packaging, this is why we ask customers to unpack and check items on receipt before storing. With regards to the damage, your dispute was that the item arrived with you damaged however you didn’t identify it on receipt, which would have resulted in us collecting the item for no charge and refunding you in full. As you didn’t identify or advise of any damage before it was sent and you signed for the item in a good condition, we can only assume that the item was damaged by your courier on route back to us as the item had polystyrene packaging on the corners but only clear polythene wrapping so any damage should have been immediately noticeable to you when it was received as it was to me once the cardboard was removed. As a small independent retailer, we cannot cover all damage issues when they are not logged timely and as you shipped the item onwards, we have no evidence that the item was damaged on receipt, due to this we cannot agree that this refund is valid.

The item that you purchased comes directly from the manufacture, MultiPanel, on their own MultiPanel vehicle to ensure the product reaches you in the fastest possible time in the best condition. You placed your order online on Saturday the 31st 3:30pm and we provided an Initial delivery date of the 2nd of September. Unfortunately this had to be changed due to a problem with a vehicle and a new delivery date was provided for the 9th September (still within the 2-5 working days time quoted) . As you weren't happy with the new delivery date you canceled your order and your money was refunded immediately.

You purchased a shower enclosure and tray, a shower waste was not listed in the tray description but after your call we agreed it should have been included or offered as a extra. A free waste was posted to you on a next day service.

5 day lead time for a showerwall and one the DAY OF DELIVERY where I have arranged a representative to be present for collection, at their insistence, am told the order is not ready and will take another 4 WORKING DAYS. No work around or solution presented. You have left me literally up sh!t creek. Pathetic company and dismal service.

Hi, we apologise for the issues encountered today regarding this delivery, I wanted to log some details on here to confirm some of the issues encountered and steps taken to resolve this for you. Showerwall items are delivered by Showerwall's sister company using their network to get the items to our end users without having to come to us first, this is to ensure the items can be delivered as soon as possible. They agreed the date of today but had to move items to your depot, unfortunately this item was damaged on route to the depot necessitating a delay while a replacement panel was brought in, i called you at 8.48am today to ensure you were aware as soon as we were told, to ensure you didn't wait all day for this due to the issue encountered. Unfortunately, the replacement panel needed moving from a depot elsewhere in the country which the manufacturer couldn't do before the weekend, we regret this is the case but we couldn't of foreseen this occurring in advance, however after discussing the issue with you we looked at stock levels of alternative products, and switched you at your request to an alternative finish, this has been completed to ensure you get these items before the weekend, these are due to you on Friday 2nd August, the stock is held in the local depot so this issue shouldn't occur moving forward, i can also confirm that the refund on the order that was due to the change made was also made at this time to ensure you were not left waiting for the difference in value to return to your account. I apologise that this has knocked on to the work you have in progress however we ask customers via our terms and conditions which must be agreed to at the checkout, not to book work in until the items arrive and are checked to be as new and as required as issues such as this can occur on route which we cannot foresee or 100% guard against, however as detailed we are sorry for the issue that has been encountered on this order.

Placed an order for for ceiling panels with a value of over £400. Company fgailed to deliver the full order. I was told the missing components would be delivered by Saturday a.m. - they weren't. One of the missing parts was delivered yesterday and one week on from the original delivery, I'm still waiting for the rest of the order. After sales support is poor and non-communicative, and advanced warning on deliveries is also poor. Won't be using this company again!!.
