Unfortunately, an 'in-stock' item simply wasn't sent out, despite chasing several times. No explanation as to why there was a delay. Notification of dispatch finally arrived but the staff member lied and said it had been sent the day before. Nope. Requested tracking information. Ignored. Item allegedly lost in transit and had to wait all over again. Bathroom fitting held up for weeks as we couldn't progress without it. Shame, as our first order was sorted quickly when the wrong item was sent out, and yes, that held us up too but luckily only for a matter of days.

Well what has gone right! The cladding arrived bashed and chipped and in a whole lot of mess 4 boards are unusable. I sent several emails complaining no reply. Then i had a reply but due to the fact i didnt send an email within 24 hours of receiving the cladding (life and work get in the way) the best they can do is give me one new box at trade price so they wont make money. (They pointed this out to me) And then still pay 35 pound shipping. So paying out another 60 pounds -Might not seem alot but when your on a budget every penny counts- The fact i had just spent over 200 on their website they cant even send one box out. Horrendous. To make matters worse I had to point out that noone from the company had even apologised for the situation. Make sure you check your boards within 24 hours! Dont get stuck in the same mess im in!

As the review email explains they are automated email from Reviews.co.uk and if you are waiting items then to please keep this email for further reference. However the radiator you order on Sunday 23rd was dispatched on Monday the 24th on fedex and full tracking detailed emailed. This was attempted delivery on a number of occasions and was delivered to yourself six days later on the 28th Feb. The wetwall panels you ordered were attempted delivery on the 26th Feb but you were not available, you contacted us on the 2nd March and we contact you to say redelivery would be the 3rd March, again there was no one present at the property. You contact us again on the 4th and a further 3rd re-delivery attempt booked in with yourself today (5th March). We are unsure to what more we can do as we have kept you informed ever step of your order but verbally and via email.

After finding the products I required on line I decided to give them a call to be sure they had my products in stock. Spoke to andrew who guaranteed me if I orded today being Monday I would receive them Wednesday ,later in the day Tuesday i received a email saying the products ordered wouldn’t be available for two weeks . If I wanted A refund it could take up to two weeks.very disappointed more so that I made a telephone call and was told lies . On the plus side I was refunded with in two days .

We are sorry to hear about your experience but can assure you we didn't lie. Stocks are fluid and are constantly changing as orders are placed and new stocks arrive. It would appear that between stock checking and the order being placed (at 4:30pm Monday) the items you required were allocated else were. We informed you at 11am on Tuesday morning and offered alternative products. As for the refund taking upto two week, this is mis-information, The email and call states the toilet is out of stock for 2-3 week and if you would like a refund it can take 2-3 days to appear back in your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience but I don't believe we could of offered better customer service than we did on this occasion.

I'm sorry you have not received your goods as yet due to part of the order being temporary out of stock, however I can see we have communicate with you on this matter. do not use them I had a piece missing that I did not realise at the time, could not get the part!!! had to buy a complete new shower screen at Nearly £200 so no I would not use this company. I dont think it was the jarrard who tried his best.

Tap has arrived with one of the levers bent. ( highlife dava kitchen tap) emailed to explain problem and am awaiting a response. Hope to improve my review when this gets sorted but sadly not a good start, was well packaged so can only assume it was dispatched in this condition.

Sent the wrong coving called them at shop "Brad"said hed call back 15 mins heard nothing,called next day spoke to some one else"Ashley" who said the person I spoke to was off that day and he will deal with it next day with he other person,he said he will call me to let me know what's happening on the number I called on that's on there accounts and ive still heard nothing it's now 4 days later since the order arrived. I've had to cancel builder at my own cost as I'm still awaiting confirmation from rubberduck.

Hi Ray I'm sorry you did not received the service you expected from us. I can see from the notes on your order that your two part trim was dispatch in white by error in stead of white with a chrome stripe. This was human error when picking the item in the warehouse. I can also see replacements were dispatched. As the second part of the trim can be easily swapped for the one with the stripe it should not have impacted on your installer. I understand that you now have the correct trim and apologises for the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Rubberduck

Sorry about you experience but we are a surprised to hear your review. The item you ordered (1800 x 800 cut to size shower tray) at 9:30pm on January 28th states there is a lead time of 2-5 working days. On the morning of the 29th (11am) we contacted you to inform you that the item was out of stock till the 3rd Feb, still within the time frame stated. Delivery was attempted at 8am on the 3rd Feb but no one was on site to receive the delivery and a card was left. A phone call was received from your self at 10:30am asking for the driver to come back. The driver explained he was now over 100 miles away and unable to double back but would deliver the next day. The item was then delivered on the 4th February. We have kept you informed at ever step of the process.

Was assured that the delivery would arrive Tuesday/Wednesday. No notification from driver as promised. Had to contact company who then said it wouldn't be arriving until the following week. Had arranged someone to fit product so very inconvenient. After conveying the inconvenience over the phone, there was no apology and a very poor attitude. When the product the finally arrived, was assured that it would be by lunchtime but not arrive until 3.30pm!

I would avoid completely!! Ordered over £1000 worth of Showerwall. When fitting I discovered they hadn’t sent a trim that I had ordered and paid for, offered to let them check to show it was not included but as they had not been notified within 72 hours they flatly refused to provide the item . I only bought 3 trims , you would of thought someone could count that high to get the order right.

Dear Neil All of your goods were signed for as received on Friday 17th of January including three trims, you have just reported one of these trims is now missing eleven days after receiving order. All items are showing as present on your signed for delivery note, This delivery note show the quantities of items delivered. In your correspondence to us, you continually repeat over and over again that its not hard to count to 3 but your representative has signed for all 3 items as delivered. Delivery was chaotic and confusing. Made a phone call to rubber duck after order to deliver shower and panels on a Friday, after two trips to the post office I collected the shower myself Thursday night. The panels attempted to be delivered on thurs, arrived Friday damaged! by a driver stating this is normal for Rubber duck. Thankfully I’m trimming them so the damaged corners won’t be used. Won’t be rushing to use rubber duck again.

Dear Andrew Mathie Sorry you found the delivery chaotic. You order of Splash Panel kit and a shower valve placed on Sunday 19th January was processed as normal. Your shower valve (small item) was dispatched via Parcel Force on Monday 20th January and full tracking details supplied, you would have also received a txt message on the number supplied to confirm this and allow for a delivery date or change of address to be made if required. Your SplashPanel was dispatched via SplashPanel on their distribution network and due to the size of the items a telephone call is made to confirm delivery date and ensure someone is on site to receive the panels. If you had to collect your item from the post office this means parcel force attempted to deliver 3 times and each time carded the door and a txt message sent. If these txt were not received this would suggest the telephone number supplied during checkout is incorrect, which may also explain issue with delivery of the SplashPanel. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

ordered trims and ceiling panels. Trims were damaged when delivered, reported back to Rubberduck within 24hrs of delivery and marked as damaged in delivery note as requested. But nothing has been done by Rubberduck after calling them 5 times.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I have checked your order and your item was dispatched 7 days ago with Parcel Force and full tracking details supplied. The tracker shows that That parcel force have attempted delivery on three occasions and your item is now being held at your local parcel force depo for collection. "We have attempted to deliver your parcel and it has now been returned to our depot where it is being held securely. Our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next." This information can all be found with your tracking number we supplied via the email supplied on checkout. Sorry for the inconvenience

I am still waiting to receive my order and am fed up of chasing Rubberduck to find out where my order is. I paid £4.99 for next day delivery and it’s been over a week now. I have asked for a refund or a replacement delivery but neither have materialised and I am being told that the product is currently out of stock. Hopefully I will get this matter resolved ASAP but would appreciate a bit more proactivity from RB rather than me chasing them all the time.
