“Very pleased with this company. Found them via an internet search. Great range of porducts and value for money. All communication was positive from initial phone call to get info about the product and delivery times to post-sales. Delivery was very quick. Post-sales support was great and resolved quickly with the manufacturer. Would definitley recommend and purchase from them in the future.”

“I had one bath panel before (2years) and was total different that what I get last week.The previous one was 480mm high and the last one was 400mm high.I didn’t know you do more sizes regarding the height. I just ordered by length (1700)also one of the corners was damaged I was lucky because I suppose to cut it to fit it,plinth little bit cracked,I repaired (brand new).Not very happy.”

Hi Doru, We're sorry to hear about the damage to your panel. You placed your order at 10pm, it was dispatched at 8:42am using a tracked next working day service the following morning and then arrived the next working day. If an item is damaged in transit, we can only apologise and look to replace the item as soon as possible. If we are not informed then we can't help resolve the matter. You placed your previous order in Oct 2022 for a different sized panel - product specs can change from time to time and we reflect those changes on the product page in the specs and the video showing the item too. “Item was delivered quickly and seemed well packaged. The panel, however, has several obvious scratches on it which is very disappointing. These must have been on the panel prior to packaging and should have been noticed.”

“Multiple orders for various stuff, all shipped and delivered quickly, but half of it had damage or poor packaging. Half of the boards needed replacing, packs of screws damaged and scattered in the box, tanking membrane leaking inside its bubble wrap. Service is great and was quickly replaced but i wonder how this keeps happening and how they are not looking at improving delivery quality.”

That said, we're very sorry to hear about the issues with damaged items and poor packaging. We can see you initial order contained items pre-packaged and dispatched directly from the manufacturer, which means we don’t have the opportunity to inspect them beforehand. The replacements offered were dispatched directly by our warehouse team. We regularly review delivery partners and feedback any issues we can't resolve to the manufacturers for them to consider. “I received my order within 2 days from ordering it I was very surprised how quickly it was delivered and for the quality it was very cheap compared to other companies very well packaged they do ask for you to check it straight away for any damage and let them know so they would sort it but the way there packaged it's Excellent yes I would definitely buy from this company again”

“Customer service is unprofessional on calls, unresponsibe by emails and only when escalated did I get a response which attempted to deflect all blame back to the customer. I've detailed records should this be disputed and blame again pushed back to the customer.”

“A really good company with helpful staff. However, I ended up having a bad experience, as some of the advice given was incorrect (although well intentioned) resulting in me having to send back the product I'd purchased and wait an excessive time in my view for a relacement bearting in mind it was Rubber Ducks fault. Additonaly the follow up support was very poor with promises of updates that I had to keep chasing. The issue ended up delaying the work significantly and costing me money for trades that couldn't complete. As a result, its left a pretty bitter taste!”
