“Harvey at Rubberduck Bathrooms was excellent! We had a delivery problem and Harvey helped with picking a new (similar) bath, checking and liaising with the company to make sure we could have it the following day when our plumber needed it. Aftercare is everything! All our goods were excellent quality (impressed our fitter) we would highly recommend this company. And a big thank you to Harvey (not all hero’s wear capes) 💫”

“Website was easy to use to order bath panel which was delivered promptly. Now fitted, the panel was as described and has been a much better replacement than the two previous panels which were MDF based. Hopefully, this one will resist moisture as advertised.”

“I haven’t had the tap installed yet as there has been a delay with the new kitchen. So all I can comment on is customer service. They are unbelievably helpful and resolved an issue straight away. The tap does look great and I can’t wait to use it as it will make my life easier as I cannot lift a kettle or a filter jug for cold water.”
