“Rubberduck bathrooms. Well purchased fire rated ceiling cladding from them with a coving trim. The initial contact was good we spoke to a lovely chap and he explained what they have and lengths available colours and thickness. We requested some samples to be sent. Now this is where it got complicated. We had to call several time to finally get an answer to where our sample were and with a little back and forth and a dozen phone calls later we finally received the samples. Now again I t became a little difficult we were ready to place the order but needed a final price which took a little longer then we feel it should have. But finally the order was placed and the delivery was booked in. We received the order and were happy with all the items sent. We then proceeded to install where we found! Now we need to point out this was not the fault of the boys at Rubberduck but rather the supplier he sent less coving strips that were required to complete the job. I called them and they were in it. They asked for some pictures which we sent and they spoke to the supplier the remaining items turned up a week later and the job was complete. Thank you Rubberduck the ceilings look amazing. The only advice I have for you lads on the phones is please respond with a little more haste to customers. But besides that super friendly super professional and always willing to listen and help where they can. Thank you”

“First of all I don't work for rubber duck. I ordered a bathroom Suite of them and they were absolutely fantastic in giving us different options and what things to go for and looking out for good hints and tips. This is probably been the best experience I've ever had with a company and they're not there just to do you the Hard Sell, they are there to get you what you want and get it in time. I can't thank you enough for the after sales care as we had problems with our install and they've come back and giving us real help on what to do. Five out of five stars. Thank you”

“Rubberduck were easy to deal with. The materials (shower tray and screen) are at a price point that suited the budget for the job, that are of the highest quality. All items were delievered in the timeframe agreed and were well pacakged and by helpful delievry team.”

“Ordered all bathroom items from Rubberduck and despite one item being damaged by the courier, the rest were of very good quality and really reasonably priced. I’ve received a refund for the damaged item and would purchase with them again.”

Good morning Alice, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the damaged shower tray. We can see the operative you were dealing with was very responsive but was out of the office from the 16th until last week. Unfortunately, this caused a delay in communication and follow-up, which we can only apologise for. As soon as they returned, your case was picked back up and a refund was actioned. With regards to the tray purchased, they're dispatched directly by the manufacturer. We can assure you that, while damages can and do occur with heavy handed couriers, 99% of them arrive without issue. For ones that do arrive damaged, we look to replace them ASAP. “I was happy on the whole with my order, the only issue I had was part of my order wasn’t delivered and I had to phone up to query why, it was handled from there but without any update it was being dealt with and it just arrived out the blue. Delivery was quick but was only notified it was arriving on the day it arrived so was fortunate I was able to receive it. Would buy again all said”

Good Morning Daniel, Thank you for your review, and I'm truly sorry to hear about the missing panel. The panels in your order were delivered directly by the manufacturer, and unfortunately, one of the panels was incorrectly marked as dispatched on their system. This meant we had to follow up with both the manufacturer and their delivery partner to investigate and get the outstanding item released. We understand they have since dispatched and delivered the outstanding panel.
