“I called with a query before placing my order and the chap that I spoke to was excellent and explained his answer perfectly. The product itself (shower screens) arrived promptly and delivery was well communicated.”

“The products are great and communication prompt. Delivery careful and well communicated. One of our items wasn’t in stock (which we were unaware of at purchase) so there was a delay in dispatch. This was a problem with bathroom fitters booked and I had to chase for a delivery date several times. However communication was always prompt and with an apology.”

“Item dispatched promptly with good communication from the seller. The tap arrived in good time too. The tap is for my dauthers new kitchen and she is very pleased with it, and appears to be of good quality. Hope it works as well at it looks!”

“Your staff were excellent, you were badly let down by Abacus's inability to deliver a complete order in one consignment. 3 deliveries was ridiculous. They clearly don't condition the inconvenience this causes YOUR customer.”
