“A really good company with helpful staff. However, I ended up having a bad experience, as some of the advice given was incorrect (although well intentioned) resulting in me having to send back the product I'd purchased and wait an excessive time in my view for a relacement bearting in mind it was Rubber Ducks fault. Additonaly the follow up support was very poor with promises of updates that I had to keep chasing. The issue ended up delaying the work significantly and costing me money for trades that couldn't complete. As a result, its left a pretty bitter taste!”

“Did not receive the product (Nuie Belfast sink) as it was apparently broken in transit by the courier so never made it out of the depot. Still waiting for the refund from Rubberduck as they could not replace the product in time as there was no stock Tried to get a further update via email from the courier and rubberduck but didn’t get an answer.”

“Excellent delivery. I paid the large delivery charge for a bath screen. Delivery was arranged directly with me from the supplier (Lakes). All items arrived on time. On the delivery day the driver made a curtesy as requested and arrived exactly when they said they would. Items are as described and well packaged”
