“Friendly phone service and costly but fast delivery. Product not as great as anticipated and slightly missleading. Id not rule out using Rubberduck again but id try to shop local.”

“Your staff were excellent, you were badly let down by Abacus's inability to deliver a complete order in one consignment. 3 deliveries was ridiculous. They clearly don't condition the inconvenience this causes YOUR customer.”

“Excellent service. I accidently ordered for store pick up instead of delivery. When I phoned Rubberduck, they changed the order within a few minutes and the goods were sent out for delivery the same day. Great service, would definitely recommend. 👏👏”
