“Not at all as I expected it to happen! I decided to use one supplier for my bathroom refurbishment to simplify the delivery process and minimise the number of deliveries which I would hve to be home for. How wrong I was! Apart from one small item which did arrive from Rubberduck the rest are all coming separately from the various suppliers meaning that I may as well have ordered them all separately in the first place.”

“The courier broke the bath panel, I contacted Rubberduck bathrooms who sent out a replacement the same day and was delivered the next day (In tact!) Great service.”

“Im still waiting for my goods. Ordered 16 Nov and now 22 Nov. Paid £35 for delivery so I'm not very happy at all that it still hasn't arrived.”

Good Morning David Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you’re still waiting for your order. The item was purchased over the weekend and displayed with a 2–5 working day ETA. As you can see from the tracking details provided, It has since been dispatched by the manufacturer. Given this is one of the busiest periods of the year for online retail and the drop is in Northern Scotland, the couriers are running a day or so behind schedule.
