“We are very pleased as we had been trying to source a now very difficult product to come by (JT Anti Slip kits). We were able to purchase three of these so that we could refresh our existing bed & breakfast shower trays. They were dispatched promptly and arrived in good time. Other retailers and sellers (Ebay) also advertised selling this product, but when we tried to buy from them, they subsequently had to cancel our orders and refund us. A real nuisance. We would recommend using Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd. Darren (The Old Cottage Bed and Breakfast)”

“Found Rubberduck on the internet. Never heard of them! So glad I did. I was looking for a very specific basin tap and none of my normal go to places had any in stock. Phone Rubberduck, very helpful chap on the phone, ordered, dispatched same day and arrived the next. Shame I have no plans for more plumbing related stuff as I would go back to them like a shot.”

“Would not recommend. Timeframes completely inaccurate. Had to ring 5 times to get accurate shipping information and received dishonest information that my order had been dispatched when it had not. Very frustrating experience.”

Good Morning Fiona, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been. The delivery timeframes shown on our website are best estimates, and as this is one of the busiest periods for online retail, delays can unfortunately occur. We receive dispatch information directly from the manufacturer supplying the items and relay this to our customers as accurately as possible based on the updates provided to us. We certainly don’t intentionally give misleading information, and we’re sorry it came across that way. We understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your experience.
